I found The Pet Express.co.uk a good site to use for on-line shopping. Process was simple & easy to place order. Thought charges for post & packing were not excessive. I liked being kept informed about when goods were shipped to me. The items were well packed; in padded jiffy bag - plus extra amount of bubble wrap for extra protection. (Only minor observation - the print out page which was folded to display my name & address was very patchy quality :- making my home address only just about readable.)

Excellent service from the ark pet shop plus great price for excellent rabbit food,these nuggets are high quality and are not a low quality diet for your rabbit.I have two rabbits and 1 x 4kg bag lasts for at least one month.

I was delighted by the quality. I had bought one on ebay previously that was very flimsy and fallen to pieces after not very long. This one is heavy and obviously built to last. It is also roomy enough to fit 2 rabbits - though I will probably end up letting them out half the time - I just hate caged animals - the things you do for kids.... Thank you.

A 1st class purchase from Pet Express and excellent communication from them. I purchased this ground feeder because is was circular!! So many are square/rectangular which makes is hard to do a DIY cover to exclude pidgeons but this circular one was a doddle.. an up turned hanging basket has done the trick. The feeder is good quality, good value for money and perfect for a smaller garden. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pet Express or the product.

Use this product for my G. Pigs hay rack as it is compact and much less messy. And would like to add that the service is prompt which is great.
