Our pet product subscription service enables you to quickly and easily set your favourite products to be regularly delivered straight to your door, without having to re-enter any payment information each time.

It has many delivery frequency options ranging from two weeks to three months, so there is something to fit all schedules. Simply set up the products you want and the frequency you want them, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Yes, you can skip the next delivery with the click of a button and we will automatically resume the normal schedule after one delivery has been skipped. Alternatively, you can pause your subscription and it will remain paused until you change your mind.
Absolutely not, you will pay the same as a standard order made on our website, except you don’t have to lift a finger! Additionally, if one of your subscription items is on sale, we will automatically charge you at the lower price.
Yes they are! When you make your first subscriptions order with us, your payment data is stored by our payment provider SagePay, who have the highest level of card data security (PCI DSS Level 1). We do not store your payment details on our own servers.
You can cancel a subscription at any time, there are no contracts and no minimum terms.
You can change any details relating to your subscription from the subscriptions area of your account.
Unfortunately, due to the way that we need to take repeat payments for subscriptions, it is not currently possible to use your loyalty points with an order where you are setting up an online subscription.
