My dog enjoys carrying this around. It’s a good treat dispenser and is made of sturdy material that so far has withstood chewing
Everything came promptly and well-packed.
Well made and does slow down the gulping dog. Only quibble is that the rim isn't very high, so some food gets shunted out onto the floor.
Good Quality and size - plenty big enough for my fully grown Chocolate Lab. Delivery very good. On delivery a couple of the rubber feet were missing. Seller contacted who quickly rectified the problem and sent the missing feet without delay👍 Would use this seller again👍
It's good how i never have to worry about reordering for my ducks its here and the communication from pet express is beyond expected
Cat very happy with his night kennel
I wanted to order a second KatDen kennel and liner and I spotted this website online. I wasn't sure in the beginning about thepetexpress site but overall I'd say I found the website easy to navigate, payment process was easy, the order arrived on time, the product was delivered as described and exactly as the one I already had and it was well packed and protected. Email updates of the delivery was also helpful as I paid as a guest. Overall I'd recommend thepetexpress site.
Aesthetically pleasing toy and beautifully made, but the cats weren't too thrilled about it - more interested in chewing the wooden rod than the dangling cork frog on the end of the rod. They have another one from this brand which was more successful for play, and they didn't try to chew on the rod. It had a feathery mouse on the end of it (not a cork mouse but soft plush mouse face).
Both my dog and my cat love this, so double win 🤩 (one of my cats likes squeaky dog toys, especially little squeaky pigs!). Great size to suit both of them.
Puppy food ordered and delivered ok but seven days to deliver is a tad slow in today’s market.
I have three cats and they all use litter trays. This really does clump so removal is easy and odours are absorbed very well.

Fantastic product, wonderful service from seller
My dog loves this product after it was recommended in store by their friendly and knowledgeable staff last year. It’s always delivered quicker than the estimate and I love how convenient it is to shop online and have it delivered straight to me!
💝💝💝💝💝best food
It’s the best for my dog
Ordered two bags when packing they noticed one was split so sent one and then delivered another. Great attention to detail thank you
Competitive price. Prompt delivery
its so big and the doors are so convenient. my only complaint is with the doors taking up a whole side of the cage, its harder to clip things onto the cage, as a lot of the time, it needs to be clipped to 2 sides. hasn't been too much of an issue though, is just something to consider if you're going to buy it.
