Cat very happy with his night kennel
I wanted to order a second KatDen kennel and liner and I spotted this website online. I wasn't sure in the beginning about thepetexpress site but overall I'd say I found the website easy to navigate, payment process was easy, the order arrived on time, the product was delivered as described and exactly as the one I already had and it was well packed and protected. Email updates of the delivery was also helpful as I paid as a guest. Overall I'd recommend thepetexpress site.
Puppy food ordered and delivered ok but seven days to deliver is a tad slow in today’s market.
Continue with my regular re-order of dog kibble & treats
Fantastic product, good service.
My dog loves this product after it was recommended in store by their friendly and knowledgeable staff last year. It’s always delivered quicker than the estimate and I love how convenient it is to shop online and have it delivered straight to me!

Perfect food
Prompt delivery
Easy to order, good range of options. Excellent delivery time, arrived in couple of days. Cat loves it & already settled in new outside house where he can watch everything but is warm & comfy.
Very pleased with service and delivery
This litter tray is excellent, contains the litter and is so much easier to clean than a 'conventional' litter tray with a removable lid.
Durable toys surviving playtime with a three months old Labrador puppy
I subscribed to a quarterly delivery service for 8kg of dried cat food. Happy to say that this has all gone smoothly and very happy with the service and price
Cats love this so it must taste good. I love it as it really helps keep the cat's teeth in good, clean (and sharp) condition.
