Excellent service as usual
Super fast delivery. Ordered day one, came day 2. Bigger than expected which is good. Strong plastic. I strapped it onto seat in arbour where cat has been sleeping. Arbour is dryish but not exactly sheltered and it is getting colder. And he won’t come in the house. I anticipated having to coax him to use it but first night he was in there, no messing. Not entirely convinced about self heating cushion as just reflective radiator heat wrap in a pillow cover. But hey, if it works and it is easily washable. Feel better now he has a proper shelter and don’t mind the expense as he is using it. Just need some straw now. Am sure it will last years. Excellent product. Excellent customer service.

Super insulated and perfect fit in the den. Very well made and washable. I have a little stray who uses her den all the time and it gives me peace of mind knowing she is keeping warm and dry from the wind and rain. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with cat shelter my neighbours cat started staying out all the time because new cat they had got was being nasty to her . I made a make shift shelter out of dog cage washing basket and waterproof covering but thought it could be drafty when windy . I like that this one there is no drafts totally waterproof and she is in there all the time warm and snug I got her self heating mat and feed her 3 times a day . This will have to do for her as she won't come in my home because of dog won't go in her home because of horrible cat so just doing the very best I can for her . Hopefully one day she will come in mine . But for now the house is perfect thank you .
We've gone through so many different brands and types of food for our dog before coming to Yora. She has multiple allergies and is senior now, so finding the right food was really important. Since starting on Yora about a year ago, our dog has been so healthy and happy. We've even managed to stop her anti-reflux medication and she hasn't had any skin flares. Brilliant results.
We've been getting our dog food on subscription from the Pet Express for about a year now. Their customer service has always been great whenever I've needed to get in touch about any issues. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I would like if the subscription service was a bit more user-friendly: there's no option to pause for example and no option for delivery every 5 weeks which would be our ideal (there is 4 or 6 weekly and more frequent). These things don't put me off though. I'm really happy with the company overall.
