I got this for a lovely outdoor Tom who is either a stray or has an owner who leaves him out in rain or snow. He loves it! The item was exactly as described and arrived quickly. It is well constructed, easy to clean and does not get wet inside at all.
We live in rented accommodation which doesn't have a cat flap so we need something outside to give our cat shelter if she's outside in the rain. Had a wooden one but that started to rot and fall apart so researched to find something which would last longer. Decided on Mr Snugs Katden and I'm really pleased with it. It's very well made, all one piece so no worries about water getting in. And it is defo weatherproof as I put a towel in it when I put it outside a couple weeks ago and it s still dry. Would recommend.
Good selection in stock, prompt delivery
My 12 year old has been on these for a couple of years and they seem to be very effective.
Perfect balanced nutrition, with the addition of a little wet food, for my 'old ladies'
My dogs love this food and can not wait for breakfast or dinner their poo is firm just order and receive thank you pet express
Items delivered on time though one squeaky ball did not make it through the journey. Maybe the courier gave the bag too many squeezes. Squeaky balls themselves were pitifully poor with a very short shelf life, but that’s a separate story on the products themselves not the shopping experience.
Solid ball with great bounce. Maybe a little too small for my dog so decided to not use it.
In my eternal search for a squeaky dog ball which lasts longer than an hour, this offering failed miserably.
Was great for a very, very short time. Squeaky valve fell inside the ball twice then I glued it in place. Shortly after the valve itself broke and no more squeak. My dog doesn’t bite or badly chew, but likes to hear the ball squealing and this fun lasted about 40 minutes in total before it was irreparable.

DELIVERED PROMPTLY, THANK YOU
This harness definitely gives you more control but sadly didn’t stop either of my dogs from pulling, quite disappointing
The lovely little stray I've been feeding went in on the first day and has taken up permanent residence! I received my order the next day and am extremely happy with the service and quality of the product. The interior remained dry even though it has been raining for days on end. I highly recommend the insulation/padding for a few more £.
Wonderfully built and snug outdoor shelter. Pity my silly cat sits outside it.
The cats love it, especially when it's raining. Pop a cushion inside and you are good to go.
Not only is there a saving, it gets delivered to your door and you accumulate loyalty stamps My greyhound loves this food!

Super quick service, great quality product.
Arrived in good time
Nice product. Unfortunately, our 4 year old Vizsla very quickly dismembered it
Very fast service and reasonably priced. Will be purchasing again.
I should have got one with a flap for the door, if you do one
I bought 2 of these for my cats to replace a wooden one that had got damaged. Unfortunately my cats refuse to go in them they both preferred the old wooden one
Expensive but well made and cat loves it
