Ordered the item online and immediately afterwards I wanted to ask a question about the door, was it fitted or not. It wasn’t but they fitted it for me there and then . Delivery was a couple of days later. First class service
It’s very solid and looks good. Just what I wanted. I bought it for a feral cat that I feed unfortunately he hasn’t used it yet!
Exellent edition to my Kat Den Box.
Very good edition to the green Kat Den box , Ginger is now warm as toast at night.
Easy to use site , fast payment and delivery was really quick . Happy to use again
This the second one I have bought and the cats love them . They stay dry and warm .would buy again
The cat shelter and insulated liner arrived very quickly and I was able to track the delivery and it came on time
I got the cat shelter with the full insulated liner for a feral cat in my garden that I feed. He's very wild and fearful and won't come near me so I was worried about him being out in the cold. At first he wasn't using it so I replaced just the cushion base of the insulation liner with a very thick layer of straw which was recommended online as a good material for keeping them warm and dry if it's damp outside. He is now using it with the straw bedding and I can tell he's more rested when he comes out stretching when I open the back door. I have checked the shelter and added more straw and he's made a cosy nest in there because the straw is padded down and it's stayed very dry even though we've had a lot of heavy rain. Hopefully I can get his trust and persuade him to be friendly and domesticated.
We have a stray Cat that stays outdoors in our garden. This KatDen is perfect for the winter months to protect him from the weather. The padding is great, it keeps him warm and cosy. We got the door also but haven't fitted it yet as we're letting him get used to his new living quarters before we introduce the door- so I can't comment just yet on fiting it. I can't recommend the KatDen enough, I was sceptical at first but trusted other reviews and just gave it a go- glad I did because the cat I purchased it for, loves it- he prefers to stay in it for most of the day. He is kept warm, dry and cosy. Maybe it could be a touch bigger as he is a large long haired tom cat but he seems happy.
Very efficient service
Great Service, very easy to order online. Good communication throughout via email. Packaged well and dispatched promptly.
I ordered the outdoor cat shelter for a feral cat that I feed hoping to provide a shelter for him. Unfortunately he hasn’t used it yet but the service was tip top. I rang them immediately after ordering to find they were already getting the item ready. To query whether the door would be attached which it wasn’t but they rectified that and attached it for me.
Thank you great item Fast delivery and well packaged.
Cosy little shelter for my neighbours cats who can’t get in their home. Seems to keep dry inside with the overhang and the self heating pad is good.
Had this bed before and it lasted over 6 years so had to buy the same one again really made well my dog loves it highly recommended.
Bed came quickly and well packaged really pleased with the service thank you.
Top service, great item, quality materials used, decent delivery time. Will recommend.
I haven’t given this to my son for his Kat den yet, but it looks really snug & cosy so I’m sure it will be a success. Thank you.
I ordered & paid for 2 of these in error so I contacted the seller straightaway (within a few minutes ) & they refunded me immediately for the second kat den snug liner as they hadn’t shipped my purchase yet. They were so quick & efficient & the one kat den snug liner that I still wanted arrived quickly too. Thank you for such a brilliant service.
Now that winter is fast approaching and our cats like being out at night we bought 2 of these cat dens with the self heating pads as a place for them to shelter in. The website was easy to use, they arrived in good time and wete well packaged. They are excellent quality too. Overall very pleased with Pet Express. Would recommend them.
