I ordered the outdoor cat shelter for a feral cat that I feed hoping to provide a shelter for him. Unfortunately he hasn’t used it yet but the service was tip top. I rang them immediately after ordering to find they were already getting the item ready. To query whether the door would be attached which it wasn’t but they rectified that and attached it for me.

Cosy little shelter for my neighbours cats who can’t get in their home. Seems to keep dry inside with the overhang and the self heating pad is good.
Had this bed before and it lasted over 6 years so had to buy the same one again really made well my dog loves it highly recommended.

I ordered & paid for 2 of these in error so I contacted the seller straightaway (within a few minutes ) & they refunded me immediately for the second kat den snug liner as they hadn’t shipped my purchase yet. Now that winter is fast approaching and our cats like being out at night we bought 2 of these cat dens with the self heating pads as a place for them to shelter in. The website was easy to use, they arrived in good time and wete well packaged. They are excellent quality too. Overall very pleased with Pet Express. Would recommend them.

Excellent service as usual
Super fast delivery. Ordered day one, came day 2. Bigger than expected which is good. Strong plastic. I strapped it onto seat in arbour where cat has been sleeping. Arbour is dryish but not exactly sheltered and it is getting colder. And he won’t come in the house. I anticipated having to coax him to use it but first night he was in there, no messing. Not entirely convinced about self heating cushion as just reflective radiator heat wrap in a pillow cover. But hey, if it works and it is easily washable. Feel better now he has a proper shelter and don’t mind the expense as he is using it. Just need some straw now. Am sure it will last years. Excellent product. Excellent customer service.
