The hay is fresh, but sometimes contains harsher stems, but overall the guineas like it
I oeder from pet express as i dont drive, it is so helpfull that i can order bulky heavy items ro be delivrred to my door, cat litter, hay bales and shavings, the fact the delivery is free if you spend a certain amount makes it even better, the delivery drivers are always friendly and most helpful

Read v carefully as I orderedKatDen lining and door. BUT did not see the drop down for firing of door. I could not do this and only suggestion was £19.99 to send it back. I had to take it to a good friend of mine who fitted it…half of the door is only required and the other half is used for a an internal/external house door. Took him a little while to get used to shoulder butting the magnetic door as it is quite strong. Good waterproof.

Good quality dog bed, delivered promptly. Three of the feet were missing, I called and they were delivered two days later. Fantastic service. Great company. Highly recommend.
I’m so pleased with our new Katden… it’s very sturdy and well made…it’s in our garden filled with lots of lovely straw in case any passing furry friend needs a bed for the night! Very fast delivery and an all round excellent shopping experience.. Thank you.
My dog absolutely loves the treats. The flavours he tried is duck , chicken, beef ....ordered the chicken. At Christmas, he liked them so much , I ordered duck flavour, he also liked them. So my daughter ordered one of each flavour. Be ordering again, have also recommended these to friends for there dogs

I got this for a lovely outdoor Tom who is either a stray or has an owner who leaves him out in rain or snow. He loves it! The item was exactly as described and arrived quickly. It is well constructed, easy to clean and does not get wet inside at all.
We live in rented accommodation which doesn't have a cat flap so we need something outside to give our cat shelter if she's outside in the rain. Had a wooden one but that started to rot and fall apart so researched to find something which would last longer. Decided on Mr Snugs Katden and I'm really pleased with it. It's very well made, all one piece so no worries about water getting in. And it is defo weatherproof as I put a towel in it when I put it outside a couple weeks ago and it s still dry. Would recommend.

Items delivered on time though one squeaky ball did not make it through the journey. Maybe the courier gave the bag too many squeezes. Squeaky balls themselves were pitifully poor with a very short shelf life, but that’s a separate story on the products themselves not the shopping experience.
Solid ball with great bounce. Maybe a little too small for my dog so decided to not use it.
