This cat litter is perfect for two mainly indoor BSH. No smells, no mess, no dust around the house, and it is wood based so can be composted. BUT the best thing is the excellent delivery service from Pet Express. 6 x 30 litre bags of cat litter are not the easiest thing to send, but they come well packed, and so quickly (56 hours from order to delivery). All topped off by a UK Mail delivery man, who takes it to the back of the house and puts it into the garage for us. I defy anyone else to match this quality of service. Thank you.

Found the service and the product excellent. My little hamster loves running around the tubes finding the food I have hidden for her. Just planning my next purchase to extend her cage even more

My guinea pig Pickle and rabbit Roo love the locust bean treats and they both look forward to receiving them at the end of the day.

What a nice change to find a company that is helpful, polite, keeps the customer updated as to the progress of delivery of goods ordered, and the order was delivered free and promptly as promised. I ordered 6 bags of Arden Grange on Friday afternoon and they were delivered on Monday morning. Excellent service, and communication with The Pet Express was friendly and reliable. just to say in appreciation THANKYOU for supplying me with those johnsons iodine nibbles for my exhibition budgerigars, they are totaly better than the old type i have used previously from another source, i like the recipie and ingredients in these nibbles as do my birds they were on them as soon as i put them into their cages and with ingredients such as kelp just to name but one these are very good for the birds, and i was blown away by the lightning speed at which my birds accepted them and got stuck into them, i will keep buying these from you in future once again many thanks for the nibbles , the way in which you conduct business is second to none, as well as the speed in which you got my order to me! all the best Rob Woolliss.

A very good cage with lots of extras included. I particularly like the easy cleaning, sliding bottom of the cage. The only fault is the very flimsy plastic feeders, I imagine they can be easily be broken. Very good service

Having found this item online I telephoned the Pet Express number for some advice on sizing/measurments. The staff member who answered my call was more than helpful which helped me to decide which size coat to order. The coat arrived within the stated time and the email communications updating me on the progress of my order were great. The coat is even better than I expected it to be. High quality waterproof outer, very good adjustment, lovely warm lining - just what I have been looking for. Delighted with the product. Especially like the clear front to enable me to see inside the box without disturbing the birds.

Really pleased to find these balls. Can no longer get them locally and lost the last previous one in the park. My small dog will only chase these particular balls. They arrived quickly and were well packed. Result, one happy dog.

Our two were all over this scratching post almost the minute I put it down and I rate it a good buy value wise and for practicality.

We're very pleased so far with this product and have found it to be very beneficial for our cat's health, they seem to enjoy them very much too.

I love this cage, it looks smart with plenty of room for our budgie to move about it. It is good quality and robust. Again my only cristism is that there were no instructions with it, which would have been a "nice to have" rather than a necesscity. All in all we are very happy with it. It was great to have the accessories with it.

Hey, we bought this stand to go with our Diva cage, it looks very nice, quality was good and delivery was excellent. My only critism is that there were no assembly instructions, however it was not difficult to work out.
