This delivery was timely and correct-Thank you.As I have had quite a number of deliveries from you,I was somewhat surprised on my previous identical order to be supplied with Countrywide Delux Parrot with fruit. When I phoned,I was told that this was the new packaging from Willsbridge,even though I pointed out this was availiable for £38.00, some £11.00 cheaper.This is the reason why I have not ordered anything from yourselves for almost a year,and the packaging has not changed.I find it somewhat sad that,when a simple error is made,a member of your staff feels the need to give a regular customer a load of bullshit instead of admitting a mistake,like a man.How would you feel in my position?
