Quality dog food at an amazing price. Speedy dispatch and delivery. Great email communication of delivery status. When the item arrived there was a free toy for my dog which he loves. One very happy customer who's custom is guaranteed. I would defiantly recommend the company and will order from them again.
Despite saying it would be dispatched within 2 days this took over two weeks to arrive (which is was frustrating to say the least) and I had to email to chase it. I did get an apology and some freebies which was appreciated but i had to feed my dog other food in the meantime.
I ordered this last week so it is a little early to comment on its durability. I will comment only on the what I know so far. Ordering was easy and the KatDen was delivered the following day by a company using a tracking device. I purchased the KatDen to replace a wooden shelter that had rotted over the years. The replacement appears to be more durable and I would expect it to last for a reasonable period of time. I ordered the green version so it would blend into the garden which it does. It is quite heavy and there are no joins to allow water seepage. The overhang of the roof should provide additonal shelter from rain getting inside the KatDen. My cats have not been inside it yet but they have checked it over from the outside. All in all I am pleased with the purchase.

This was my first order with Pet Express. To be honest I ordered from them as they had Aatu dry dog food at the cheapest price that I could find. The service was good and our dog loved the free toy (which is still, after several days in one piece - not always the case with a 2 year old Golden Retriever)!

Excellent product, took a chance as these as they looked expensive, bought 3 of these as our Lab (Lola) ripped, chewed, destroyed all of the other beds, including towels, rugs & the other expensive pet beds, these have been great & easy to clean, they love them x 3 happy dogs
If you have any doubts that this would be another item consigned to that useless drawer we all.... Then doubt no more!! It actually works, our new pup is given this at night so she associates this with night time sleep. Night one, cried twice for 5 mins, night two.... No crying!! Only down side is the re usable heat source is your own store cupboard rice! Just get one, you will not be disappointed.
This is the best clumping litter you can buy. It's a shame it's not stocked in more places.
Arrived very quickly. The only problem I have is that the edges are quite sharp and dig into your fingers. Other than that it's a very good product.
My mini Dachshund has had a Muddy Paws knitted jacket for the last 6 years - it still looks good but unsurprisingly it's worn underneath. It had to be a Muddy Paws replacement and I'm so glad to see that the high quality of the product has been maintained - it fits perfectly and looks really good - especially on a sausage! The Pet Express service was great with a 48 hour despatch from order so it arrived within 3 days of the click! Thank you - great service, great range to choose from and very good value.
Excellent harness for getting control of strong GSD who pulled like a train, without having to yank on his collar. Very efficient order and delivery service. Driver called on the day with a 1 hr time slot. Very good.
Took about a week for this to become my cat's warm and dry hidey-hole. She loves to tuck up, all you can see are her big blue eyes. Great construction, light and easy to clean.

I'm very pleased with the cat kennel, it's very well made, I love the colour and it was delivered extremely fast. I'm waiting to see my cat go in, but it's early days. At least she has somewhere to go when she decides to stay out at night.
