This delivery was timely and correct-Thank you.As I have had quite a number of deliveries from you,I was somewhat surprised on my previous identical order to be supplied with Countrywide Delux Parrot with fruit. When I phoned,I was told that this was the new packaging from Willsbridge,even though I pointed out this was availiable for £38.00, some £11.00 cheaper.This is the reason why I have not ordered anything from yourselves for almost a year,and the packaging has not changed.I find it somewhat sad that,when a simple error is made,a member of your staff feels the need to give a regular customer a load of bullshit instead of admitting a mistake,like a man.How would you feel in my position? Thank you for your time reading this.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all items within the allocated dispatch times (Same day/24 hour/48 hour dispatch). Please note if your order contains multiple items, the order dispatch time will be from the item with the longest dispatch time to ensure you receive your whole order in a single delivery. All of our products state how long the dispatch time will be for that product before you add to the cart. All orders are sent using a next working day delivery service. You should receive your item from 1 - 2 working days after dispatch. Bulky items may incur an extra 24hr delay.

We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched.

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day. We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email.

Delivery notifications & tracking

We will email you when your order is dispatched by us and if you provide a mobile number when you checkout our courier will email you on the day of delivery with a delivery slot.

In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers.

Here at The Pet Express we want you to enjoy every time you shop with us. Occasionally we know you may want to return items, we have tried to make our terms as clear as possible to avoid any nasty surprises.

  • Products can be returned up to 14 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Any free gifts must be returned with your order or we withhold the right to deduct the RRP value of the free gift from your refund.
  • We are unable to accept part used returns of food, engraved ID tags, damaged products (unless delivered damaged) or veterinary medicines.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us, unless they arrive damaged, faulty or the incorrect item is delivered.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition and the cost of collection or return will remain at your charge. 
  • We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us.
  • Medicines: We regret that we cannot, by law, accept returns of any medication including all flea treatments and wormers. If you return a medicine to us all we can do is dispose of it for you as it cannot be resold.
