According to tracking it left Plymouth at 7.00pm at night and it was delivered to me at 7.50am the very next morning, Exellent communication and service all the way through. Ordered the KatDen outdoor cat shelter with a base cushion and the inner cushion lining for a stray cat that I have been feeding for well over a year, can't get him to come in to our house as he is very nervous. As soon as I put the KatDen out he showed some interest straight away. A few hours later he was inside it and is using it regular now. Looks very relaxed inside it so it must be cosy. I've recently adopted another pup from Cyprus and needed a warm, sturdy coat for him, especially as it will be his first winter in UK. I bought this kennel for my cat who decided to move to the crab pot mens workshop but had to stay out at night, we have put it under her feeding table and it stays nice and dry and with a layer of straw under the heat mat she comes out of there on a morning really toasty, it took her one night to go in, really sturdy and highly recommended :)

I ordered this basket for my cocker spaniel, she is small, but the basket is a perfect size. It fits neatly in my dining kitchen and it's cosy and warm for my dog. It is well made and the cover over the edges of the basket is ideal, although my dog does not chew, it would be good for a pet with that tendency. The price was very good , I bought it at a reduced price, but it was competitive, as other baskets of that size were quite expensive. I would recommend this basket.
