Fantastic product, very well made and sturdy. Will definitely keep the cat who has decided to pitch up outside my house warm over winter. Unfortunately I cannot invite him into the house due to my dogs and even though he is not mine, I could not see him go cold out in this weather over the winter period, hence this purchase for him. Would thoroughly recommend.

Came very quickly -good solid product- and we've had it a week. The idea was Mrs B's to attract our 'outside' cat (he comes in at night but rarely in the day unlike the other three!) so that he wouldn't be outside in the wet. He must have places he knows -but he won't go in the kennel yet....will it be a white elephant rather than a green cat kennel? Any ideas?
Ordering was easy, delivery was fast, the price was as good as I could find anywhere....and best of all the little outdoor cat made herself at home straight away! Tucked inside on her cat pad she's snug and away from the cold, rain and wind. The kennel itself feels strong and robust, and after the first week in residence little cat has given it a 5 star rating :)

I couldn't install a cat flap where I live, as I am in a second floor flat. My cat loves being outside, so now I can leave him outside while I am at work and not worry that he might be cold or wet, as he now has his own shelter. The cat kennel arrived within a couple of days, looks sturdy, and the colour blends in with the garden (I didn't want some sort of garish cat 'playhouse').
I bought two of these kennels for my cats as I don't currently have a catflap and wanted to give them a cosy retreat when I leave the house and they're outside. The kennels are very well made, light but sturdy. And the inner bedding is much more luxurious than I expected. The cats were wary at first but one of my two has already started using it so I'm sure the other will catch on. Would definitely recommend this product!

Our last wheel broke when my son dropped it. I tried a different one from our local pet shop which was too big for the spindle and we also tried the saucer shape but little Benny never really got the hang of it. So the only solution was to get a direct replacement online, which is this one. It was not boxed but had an enormous amount of bubblewrap around it and was delivered quickly. Everyone's happy.

These hyper pet flying toys are my dogs favourite toys. They have strong rubber inside and you pull back and fire by putting your thumb into the pocket in the beak. I think the name suggests that it wears out hyper pets but my two go hyper when they see the toys. They keep playing with them even after eventually pulling all the filling out. Fast delivery and excellent service.
I bought this shelter for a very nervous stray cat. I wasn't sure she would go in, but no problems. Shelter is sturdy and has stayed dry during torrential rain. I did angle the entrance towards the wall. Very pleased with this item. Recommended. Excellent service from Pet Express delivered within 24 hours of ordering!

After a long search for an outdoor cat shelter for the stray cat living in the garden , Decided on the Katden shelter as it looked most water proof with the recessed opening . On arrival well packaged . Arrived day and time we were advised . I thought the shelter would be more insulated I( it is one layer thick plastic construction ) addition of a self warm img mattress has made the shelter cosy. The stray cat within 24 hours had taken ownership of his new home . It also Has stayed dry inside through several days of rain . The shelter is great the buying experiance was not . It took several weeks to secure the Katden shelter as appeared unavailable via Amazon over the period , phone enquiries to pet express just added to confusion as ordering by phone seemed on two calls to be because of card machine problems and supply coming Friday . Then when unable to still find details on website told it was my fault and no phone orders were allowed . I only persisted as we desperatly need the shelter . Had I been able to order with a person then maybe I would have been able to not need to buy the flee comb as the shelter was 1 p short of the free delivery spend .
Very impressed with this cat kennel , its ideal for all weathers, also impressed with the super fast delivery service and communication from the pet express , will happily order from Them again !
For anyone who is hesitating in buying this as it's quite expensive go for it ! My nervous cat went straight inside and has hardly come out of it! No more worrying about him being out wet and cold in the rain!! Service from Pet Express excellent!
