... but I’ve yet to ask if I can swap the ham-splintering bones, for the non-splintering-Serrano ham bones ... we’ll see how that goes, but so far service has always been very good

After using another brand for 10 years and becoming increasingly disappointed in their product I decided to try out another supplier. The bulbs were dispatched quickly, they took a while to arrive but it was the Easter Bank Holiday weekend so that was to be expected! The bulbs arrived safely due to them being very well packaged. We have 4 tortoises and need heat bulbs, uv lights, bedding and extras on s regular basis. If these bulbs keep going well I will be making another order and taking advantage of the free delivery. So far, I'd definitely recommend
So far I am very happy with these bulbs. The previous brand we've been using are having huge issues on quality (imo). So decided to give this company a try. Ordered two of the same bulbs but for some reason the bulbs are 2 completely different sizes??? Anyway, both worked and importantly are still working!!
