The dog coats are excellent, unfortunately we initially ordered the wrong size and were advised by yourselves to return the coats to you and reorder and pay for the correct size and you would then refund the money. The only complaint we have is the refund took a long time coming, a disappointing end to an otherwise good order. Patricia Corbishley.

This food is the best I've come across for my dogs. It actually works out cheaper to feed than many of the leading brands. Because of the high protein levels, you only have to feed half the amount of other foods, yet the dogs are not left feeling hungry. It is perfect for feeding dogs who suffer from cereal allergies. Although Applaws dry dog food is not well-known at the moment, being relatively new on the market, I would highly recommend it to any dog owner who wants the best for their pet.
Product looks very smart and is well made. Relatively straight forward to assemble albeit I would say it a 2 person operation. Would recommend building it in situ if possible as I built mine in the garage and when I came to carrying it into the garden I was a bit suprised just how heavy it was. Looks like it will last well for a good few years and would recommend it to others

This dog food is simply the best we have found and on this site the price is fab. We have a lab and leonburger who are very fussy but arden grange is great and the service from pet express is second to none. I will be using this site in future for our orders.

This hood fits my aqurium perfectly. The front feeding flap allows easy feeding of the fish. It is made of metal so is a sturdy fit and I have fitted 2 fluorescent tubes into it. Excellent product.
The condensation tray is a perfect fit for my tank. I especially like the feeding flap, a small square cutout which you just push down to allow easy feeding of your fish. The flap then returns to its normal position when you let go of it. Absolutely no faults with this item.
Very sturdy, excellent quality and Wil likes it very much. It has kept him snug outside throughout this awful winter. (Being outside is his choice btw!)
Very easy to keep clean compared to other hutches. Good size and well made and proved to be warm through this severe winter.

Excellent litter but tends to get messy and dusty as it gets older and seem to end up throwing a lot of it away to avoid puss wearing dusty leggings. Great that it's flushable and have used it in the past for senior catizen. Bought this one for young cat to use with LitterKwitter in an effort to exclude cat litter forever!
My cat is 11 years old and not the lightest of creatures, we noticed that she started limping and was noticeably in discomfort. Took her to the vet who said there was no sign of fracture, prescribed some painkiller and said to rest her (no danger there - sleeps most of the day) and if no difference in a week to bring her in for an x-ray, this sounded like this could be very expensive and no doubt wouldn't show anything. Friend of ours mentioned a friend of theirs who had a dog with arthritis problems & they had said how devils claw worked wonders. We gave it a try and within 3-4 days the limping was gone, this was nearly a year ago now and we still give her it with her food and have not seen any further signs of discomfort - fantastic!!!
