Greta product, good price and excellent delivery. Thanks

When I received this I was disappointed that it seemed somewhat 'light' rather than heavy - much lighter chain than an existing, shorter lead. However after testing it by hanging it from a beam and doing pull ups on it with my full body weight (63kg) I am sure it will be adequately strong. The large Rotty I walk may drag me along the ground, but this won't break :) Otherwise you get what you see in the picture - brown leather strap, silver finish chain and clasp, links all welded shut.

I personally haven't tried these! My African Pygmy Hedgehog on the other hand has, and loves them. A good source of protein and low in fat and cereal content.

A lovely small carrier that is secure, yet has plenty of light and ventilation. Perfect for small animals such as gerbils, hamsters and mice when travelling.

A good sized item, although perhaps too small for a rabbit, that is easy to assemble and will be easy to keep clean. The lid is secure when fitted and would stop other pets such as dogs getting in! It is a shame that it does not come with a water bottle. The colour is great for all those fans of pink coloured items. Very reasonable price too.

These are great, my dogs couldnt work out if they were toys or treats. Kept them occupied for hours!

Thank you so much for reading my comment on the order and sending me two igloos that are different colours. If a pink one had arrived one of my two boys would have made a fuss. As one of them often says "I like all the colours except pink - that's for girls!"

I was very impressed by the way in which my order was handled. The items ordered arrived very quickly and in good condition. I will certainly use Pet Express again for pet supplies

As usual you sent my order in good time, keeping me in touch with where you were with the order. Many thanks JM Surrey

came already built which is fantastic my rabbit loves it. great quality and excellent service

Fantastic product exactly as expected and my rabbits love it

we needed a raincoat for our little dog we ordered a 12" waterproof fur lined coat in blue. Max looks very smart in it and says thank you. the whole process of odering, payment and delivery. was very smooth and efficient. We was kept informed of all points of the process and delivery was prompt and on time. We would recommend your company to our friends and would use your services again in the future. Regards Mrs Chesterton.

doggy diapers are perfect for your female dog in heat but can also use when you are trying to toilet train them to do their business outside not inside, i would highly recommend these has they have done wonders for my pup and my house...

perfect housing for your pet rabbit or guinea pig,, it gives them somewhere to hide if they wish and they also love laying on top of it, would definately recommend if you have a small rodent.

perfect for giving your pet exercise while playing with it and is fun for them, plus they also can chew on this which helps their teeth, perfect for any rodent which loves to chew.

its great to clean your rodents cage out but leaving a smell of disenfectant isn't nice, once cleaned, sprinkle this on the bottom and place your sawdust on top, it keeps it smelling cleaner for longer, i would definately recommend.

this item, is very fun for guinea pigs, it gives them exercise and lots of fun, i would highly recommend this for everyone who has guinea pigs.

I suppose you really should get a hedgehog to review this, but I've yet to find one that can type. All I can say is they really seem to go for this to the extent that (unlike other hedgehog food we have put out for them)the dish is left completely clean. We were a bit late in putting out their food the other night and found one of them in the kitchen sniffing around the Spike's Dinner bag!

This collar is a good value comfortable hound collar, not as wide as some hound collars, it is perfect for my whippet lurcher x staff. Because the quality of the leather is so goos, it does require a little dubbing before use to loosen it up a bit

My whippet lurcher/staff HATES going out in the rain! this coat has meant that she at least is willing to venture out in a shower or when it starts whilst out! Thank You!

Having outgrown my bed, my people searched the web for a new one. They chose your site and were impressed with both the choice available and ease of ordering. The item duly arrived two days later, well packed and in good condition. The dispatch trail kept them informed of the progress of said item and I look forward to spending my first night in my new bed!

Simple repeat ordering system, and overnight delivery. Excellent service

I would just like to thank The Pet Express for their super speedy service. I have been trying to order replacement cartridge filters for the Marina i25 for several weeks now. Even the local Pet Store has orders from their two main suppliers for me but to no avail. So thanks once again for your excellent service. The Marina i25 cartridge filters the waters through three chambers to provide a cleaner biological environment for your fish. The Marina i25 itself is not really a powerful device but adequate for up to 22 litres of water.

Thank you for the excellent quick service - Highly recommended website will definately purchase from you again :-)

First our bunny lived outside in a lovely big hutch.... but after three weeks she just moved into the kitchen (and from then slowly all over the house...) and we needed to litter train her. The Igloo caught my eye as I liked the idea of not needing a seperate carrier for the occasional vet visit etc. But what really hooked me now is how amazingly easy it is to clean our Lily's litter box! I change her litter about once every five days or so and all I have to do is scoop up the whole igloo liner plus litter and poo and put it into a bin liner. Then replace with a new igloo liner, new litter and hey presto: a clean box. Amazing! I wish I had had this years ago with our cats. I might even try to get my ten year old to change the bunny litter now, it truely is childs play!

I did a price comparison for the above product - I use Arden Grove all the time for my springer and she looks really good on it - The Pet Express Co were by far the cheapest offering a brilliant discount for bulk purchase! So not only did I get my dog's favourite food but at a price that didn't hurt my pocket. Arden Grove is a very well balanced dry food which offers a reasonable amount of protein without the bulking agents often found in cheaper products. My springer is full of energy, with a good glossy coat and bright eyes. I would recommend it without reservation.

Easy to select product without viewing pages of other unnecessary products. Competitive price and delivered promptly and without fuss. Was kept informed about status of order and delivery. Will use again.
