The viv arrived within a couple of days and left where I had asked- even got a smiley face on the "left in garage" card. I had phoned the shop before ordering as I was worried about the flat pack construction. The gentleman I spoke to was really helpful and warned me the thing everyone gets wrong is the shelves which was helpful to keeping mind when building it. Put together in about 2 hours. The fantastic thing about this is that everything you need is there. Viv up within two hours and bearded dragon in the next hour. On the negative there were 8 screws missing and some paint coming off the lamp shade. Overall a great package and a great price. I would not hesitate to use this site again. Xx
I bought this item elsewhere about four years ago,They were so good I have been on the lookout for them ever since they are practice, an ideal size, easily stored I cannot find a more practical dish for what I require.
Ordered this cat den for my feral cat who has lived in our garden for the past ten years.Got it to replace her old home made shack....Soxie (the cat)loved it she went in straight away and appears to have accepted her new home.Quality of this den is first class,great design and a good price.Received the very next day after placing the order. The only collar I'd use for my dog! Comfortable, easy to adjust, easy to take off and put on and looks great with lots of funky styles
All our garden birds can't get enough of this - either from the feeder or from the ground - just as well Pet Express sells it at such a good price!
2nd one for my dog as 1st got worn so much it wore out! Not to say that the quality was poor it certainly isn't. Love the skull design and features too. Even have the leash.
I was so pleased to find the clips for the cat carrier/ The carrier was so good but becoming dangerous with two clips lost and the cats getting bigger and bigger! Other than starving the cats to keep them light I was despairing until I found Pet Express and I can now keep using the carrier full of confidence. Really great site. Very happy with product dog more settled and cool
He loves fetching a ball and also loves swimming. This toy is perfect for him because it floats well and can be easily spotted even in the sea. He's pretty good at not setting about destroying toys but nothing lasts forever so we always have one as a backup! Pet Express were excellent with the delivery, keeping me informed at every step of the way. Would definitely buy from them again.
Being honest - my dog would probably be happy with any food. But after some investigation I reckoned the kibble we were giving him was causing a problem: [skip the rest of this sentence if you are of a squeamish disposition] runny, mustard-yellow stools. For a responsible owner, picking these up was no fun! He didn't seem poorly at all - but I'd had enough. So I found this higher protein, grain-free but more veg kibble in a local pet shop and decided to see if it helped. I'm glad to say he seems much better on this food. Nuff said.
Bought this product for my adopted cat as she stays out some nights, wanted something waterproof. She went straight in it & didn't want to come out. Ordered wed afternoon lots of emails updating me on order process,recieved product next morning fast efficient service, even text with hour slot delivery. Excellent product would recommend.
I couldn't find the product on the supermarket shelves anymore, so was happy to find it online as it's one of my cat's favourites. The delivery was fast and the packaging... let's just say it took me at least 5 mn and a solid pair of scissors to get at the pouches! So yes, all good. I would happily have uploaded a 'fun picture' but just don't have the technology. Oh well.

As described, kept informed about delivery, received very well packaged, a perfect size for my garden and feathered friends. It is not easy to find a good quality bird table without a roof.
Fantastic item, I love it and I'm sure my cat will too (although right now he is sitting in the cardboard box it came in). Blends in well with the garden and is of good quality, light weight to move. Although smaller than expected, it is big enough for a large cat/small dog. Easy to wipe clean. Customer service was great, received helpful advice by polite team member. Delivery was next day, on time and hassle free.
