this is a brilliant product

I bought this for a cat I inherited after the owner died, she wasn't very friendly, but after some enticement she now comes in to feed. She will not stay in though after rigging up something for shelter, she spends most of her time in my garden so I thought it would be nice for her to have something more permanent. She is just getting used to it. It's great.

Beautiful collar, very easy to clean after a day splashing around in puddles it just wiped away and came up again like new. Very soft and cushioned for comfort aswell. Ordered the wrong size to begin with but emma was very helpful in getting it returned, refunded and the right size sent out. will use again :-D

Ordered item at 2.30pm in the afternoon and was delivered next day at 11am. Very impressed - especially as free delivery. Very pleased with the item. Got it for stray cat who lives with us in the day, but wants to go out at night, so at least he has somewhere to shelter.

Due to heart and other health issues when my 10 year old boxer showed signs of possible cruciate problems we decided to go along the supplements + support treatment rather than putting her through investigations when she is not going to have any surgery. She is very small for a boxer so I measured her up and the "small" size was right for her It does fit around the knee, but is slightly baggy at the top - so I would say better to go for the smallest size you can for your dog. What was a slight problem was that although her body is small she has boxer sized feet!!! This means we do have to wrestle to get her foot through the bottom of the support. I have seen some which have an adjustment on that part. With the support on she is able to potter around in the field with the other dogs and even have a little run without lots of weakness in the leg afterwards.

These are by far my cats favourite treats. Yes, they are more expensive than normal biscuit type treats but are far superior. They are made from 100% chicken so I don't know what the secret ingredient is to make the cats love them so much. The service from Pet Express was also one of the best I've experienced in some time.

My 2 labs have been on this food for a long time & love it they've done very well & have lovely shiny coats. The delivery is great very quick

once it was on and buddy was used to it being on (very quickly) we could see an improvement in his mobility . the only thing that we didn't like was were the strap went but its got to go that way for it to stay on

My dog has a food allergy so it has been very difficult finding treats that are suitable, she loves these and they are good for keeping teeth clean as well.

very pleased with Martha's new coat, she has had one of the same type for the last two years but it is now getting rather tatty so I decided a new one would be nice for her as we are going away for Christmas and I want her to look her best. These coats are wonderful, so warm and cosy, have never found any better, expensive, yes but worth every penny to keep your little one warm and dry.

I bought this product as it included everything I needed to start up a nice, suitable environment for my recently adopted Russian tortoise. I was able to put the table together within the house and have it fully set up for him to play around in. A few problems that weren't terrible but may confuse some people were the brackets were marked up in the wrong place but it's easy to figure out. Another small problem is that the substrate is just enough to cover the floor of the table but other than that it's pretty much perfect no would recommend some sort of wood glue for the dowel rods as there is none included, again, a small problem but I am picky. One thing that was really helpful was the book, it gave me so much more ideas and just knowledge in general of what my tortoise needed and required. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to own their first pet tortoise!

We live on a houseboat and have started buying this floating food as a convenient food to feed the birds out of our kitchen window... it's been such a success that I'm now going through about 1 x 12kg bag per week! We have regular visits from all sorts of birds and the swans have started to peck on the windows when they want feeding (to the point where we sometimes creep around the boat with the lights off because they're so insistent!!). We wouldn't have it any other way though :) I've uploaded some photos of the birds outside of the window - you'll see some cygnets that have grown up on this stuff.... they're STRONG!

Arrived very quickly, well packaged, as described. Great for a large cat as plenty of room for them to turn around (I have a large ragdoll). Would definitely recommend this product.

Excellent product,bought for the stray cat who won't come indoors. He loves it and keeps him warm during the cold nights

Now our two dogs are classed as elderly we have changed from the adult Arden Grange to the Senior Range. Our dogs love this kibble and is perfect keeping them healthy inside and their skin and coat outside too.

We feed our Staffy on our own meat, Chicken, Liver, Beef, etc.. To avoid overfeeding her on too much protein we add the Benevo Vegetarian biscuit. She frequently leaves the biscuit though so we have recently added a further biscuit with fish in it, but so far that hasn't done the trick. This is a very good quality biscuit and before purchasing it we looked at its ingredients and the ingredients of other vegetarian biscuits and thought this was one of the best. She digests it okay and does eat it when she is particularly hungry.

We don't feed our Staffy on dog food but to avoid overfeeding her with too much meat (protein) we add a vegetarian dry biscuit to it. But she frequently eats the meat and leaves her biscuit so we decided to mix another biscuit with it. This biscuit is a good quality but so far she is still frequently rating her meat and leaving her biscuit. We may have to add more of this biscuit to her vegetarian biscuit.

This is perfect for the out door cat a cosy place to rest the only thing is the entrance edge on the inside is a little sharp which I will cover with tape (just in case) but I would recommend this to others
