Although the site offered only green leads I asked for a black one in a comment attached to the purchase. Cool when a black one arrived! A bit odd it wasn't listed as available, but it showed that some care was taken to get me what I wanted.
Bread is bad for ducks, this food is a great diet for them, and they love it. Ideal for the children to throw into the water. If you haver ducklings on your pond, soak some for about half hour, and they will love it.
I have let a review for the products ordered, which is 5* and absolutely a must item for cats in winter but couldn't find anywhere to just rate the company... hence second review. Fantastic service and fast delivery (free delivery as order over £45.00). One of the items I had ordered wasn't in the package. I sent a message to the customer service centre as delivery was late on a Friday. Email back first thing Monday and missing item delivered the next day. What can I say, service is 5* and I have no hesitation to order from here again...
My boy likes the outdoors and I needed to make sure he would be warm in the winter, so I bought this to go with the cat den and liner/mattress. It does keep him warm and insulates from the cold... A must if your cat sleeps outside...

My boy was feral before I took him in so he likes to spend time outdoors. With the winter coming I needed somewhere for him to be safe and warm and this cat den is fantastic. I also bought the mattress and liner (which I think is a must buy), the self heat pad and door (although I have the door tape up at present). He loves the den and with the liner/mat and self heat pad he is lovely and warm. The overhang keeps the rain out. I placed my cat den opening against the wall of the house (with enough space for my boy to get in) just outside the kitchen door so the wind and rain can't get in. I also put a piece of thick cardboard in the base (under the pad/liner) to insulate from the cold. An old fleece of mine and he's happy and snug... I now don't worry if he wants to stay out at night... He's always snuggled up in the morning...
The original bowl got damaged so we had to get another the same as we all like it. The dog thinks it is great also. Thank you, woof woof
This is the first order I made and was not disappointed prompt delivery and kept informed of when my item was arriving and then delivered. Was left in the secure place as well. The product itself is amazing, our kitten loves it and was straight in. Not tried outside yet but item is solid yet light and looks very comfy and I know our kitten will stay warm and dry once we put the den outside.
Our cat Freddie has a habit of staying out all night because he was originally a stray. We wanted him to have a comfortable shelter when he turns up in the early hours and if we are out during the day and the weather turns bad. He wasn't too sure when it first arrived but now we are having to persude him to leave his Mr Snugs. Cannot rate this little shelter high enough or the fantastic service that your company provide. Would recommend it to anyone who's cat/s like to spend time outside. Thank you.
Have a feral cat that comes round for food but he has been wet and cold. Put the cat kennel high up in the woodshed, with some cat nip inside to encourage him in, together with a warm cat blanket. The kennel is very well made, large enough for him - Perfect - he loves it. One happy cat !! Thank you
For quite a while now my Persian 3yr old cat has decided not to eat anything else (and I have tried EVERYTHING!). This can be very costly as at times when only available in boxes of mixed pouches. The left over ones all go to friends and charity boxes. I am so pleased that I am able to buy these in boxes of 12. As long as they are available, I will be reordering on a regular basis. Good quality, but smaller than expected, purchased largest size at that. Good idea if they show dog sat on product in pic, give idea on size.
This item is very handy. The cat uses the Katden when he is out,or it s raining. We had did not have any trouble introducing him to the den, if we go out and he has not returned we know he has a dry, warm, cozy place to hid until we come home.
We have only just received this product and have not had enough time to evaluate its effectiveness. So far so good
