After Charlie contacted us promptly which we appreciated and we reselected Dark grey from those colours available in stock. The delivery was almost on time but came without a free teaser ball as ordered. Considering we settled for a colour we did not want, we were disappointed by the response.

Was impressed with the delivery service, fast and efficient and arrived promptly as per text message. Cat house is great , using it for a stray/ feral cat was unsure if he would take to it but he seems to love it.

We feed a number of stray cats, two in particular seek shelter in the bad weather in our porch. We have one external wooden cat house and they will sit in the roof in the summer but they don't really like it. I purchased one of these to see if they would prefer it. They did! One went straight in and leter the other squeezed in with him. It was a very tight fit so the next day I ordered another one. We now have two VERY happy cats.
