I found out at short notice that the person feeding my cat was no longer able to help. I managed to get a friend to step in, but it meant my cat would be out overnight, so I rang The Pet Express asking if I could pay extra for next day delivery on the Mr Snugs Outdoor Cat Den and they said I'd receive it next day as long as placed the order by midday. I was a bit worried about it not turning up on time, but they kept their word and I was able to go away without worrying about my cat. The den itself is nice and snug and my cat has been using it happily.

Excellent. No mess, easily disposed of. My cats clump up the litter after using it, and it can then be scooped out as a clump and put in the cat Litter Locker which I use for this purpose, disposing it in the black refuse bin when the litter locker bag is full. I have one litter tray for urine and another for pooh, which my cats prefer.
Excellent service so important for me to have constant access to this brand of food (Canagan)for my cat that is allergic to so many other products!

The matress is lovely and thick and soft, and great for summer. In winter I think the mattress+liner is best.
