Ordered with this company as have been let down by another site where I never received our dogs food and little/no communication or refund. I would definitely recommend this site the pet express as my order was fulfilled quickly and if there had been a problem there is a telephone number where you can talk to someone and get it sorted out.
The thought/idea of a free gift is great but it was not sent with our delivery of dog food. It would have been nice but it is not a big issue that it wasn't packed.
Usually buy the Duck variety which our fussy dog will happily eat but decided to vary the diet of our 2 Poodles and chose the new Turkey instead. It arrived today 12/10/2023 and gave some to both dogs and they had a good sniff first and then delved in. A success from the start. Cannot recommend the Forthglade Cold Pressed food enough. It took a very long time to find a food that suited both dogs and pleased we now have another flavour that they both enjoy.

My little adopted cat comes in for his breakfast & snuggles but never wants to stay in very long. We have put his house in the outside porch with his blanket inside. He loves it! As described and delivered on time. The cat used it almost immediately and the insulated bedding seems very warm and cosy. If it was possible to raise the entrance slightly it would give better wind protection. Cat seems happy at the moment the test will come when the temperature drops.

Good company, so happy to have found someone that's not too far away who sells 3kg packs of Nature's Way. I always mix dog biscuits so my dog has different textures and smells. Each of the the free gifts have been big hits too.
Title says it all. I have a medium size dog and these biscuits are a really good size and help to keep her teeth clean.

A great product. My cat though not as happy - needed lots of treats to encourage him to go in. A plastic window in the side would help.
