Like all the other toys we have bought this one has proved very popuar with our dogs and provided great entertainment safely

This Nylon chew pull has given our dogs hours of fun without us having to worry about the nylon splintering.

This item was puchased along with a number of other nylon bones, etc. It wersas intended to keep our new puppy attention away from the xmas tree and the toys certainly did that. As wel as providing hours of enjoyment with no danger of splinters, etc.

Dogs love this sides are nice and high so dog is really out of the drafts and I am really happy as I can clean it easily hence no smell. Soft and comfortable the dogs select this one every time over the palstice vet lined with vetbed

We have the same coat in 16" size, this has a different under body fastening tab. The one on te 18" is much bigger and fits our rather chubby Westie!

This pad fits well in Mr Snugs cat kennel or on a dining chair. It is warm and washable. However it is not very thick and it seems to slide about a bit in the kennel, so it could do with a cushion underneath (hence only 3 stars). Very happy with the service from Pet Express - items were ordered on Sunday afternoon and delivered at 9.30am on the following Wednesday.

this cat litter is not stocked by every one when i found it i was so pleased . ihave one cat that dose not like other litter but ihave no bother with this one i thought all my christmases had come at onces sophisticat antibacterial is the on for me

This is the best wicker cat basket I have ever seen and a bargain at this price. Well made and the cat slept in it the first night !! Petexpress beat expectations and prompt delivery. Would definately reccomend and will buy again. Thanks.

Several of these excellent, resilient and highly insulating fleece blankets were bought as Christmas presents for relatives to put over their legs while reading or watching tv. No, my family and I are not literate dogs but retirees all too conscious of increasing fuel bills. Having chanced upon Pet Express while looking for a competitive price for these on the internet I was pleased by the efficient on-line service, delighted to find an intelligent human on the phone who was able to confirm they were in stock, and surprised by the speed with which they were delivered. Full marks for combining old fashioned personal service with efficient on-line marketing.

I have tried so many dental sticks for my Dog who is a fussy eater and this is the only thing he eats. It takes quite a while to finish so it keeps him quiet for a while.

I bought the flectabed to go in the Mr Snugs outdoor cat kennel because the ground floor flat I am renting does not have a cat flap and I wanted somewhere for my cat to shelter during whilst he's outside. The bed fitted perfectly, is of very good quality and the cat sometimes even has to be coaxed out to come inside the house! I recently ordered the Ancol Self Heating Pet Pad, thinking that this was the same item. I was very disappointed when I opened the box and realised how inferior the quality was compared to the Flectabed. It has virtually no padding and is very crinkly. I wouldn't trust this to keep to my cat warm in the kennel over winter so I would have to supplement it with other blankets. The Flectabed has clearly had a lot more research put into its design. Whereas you could make an Ancol-equivalent at home by buying a foil emergency blanket and covering it with a fleece, the Flectabed has a sort of shredded metallic mattress inside which feels like it would insulate better and be more comfortable for the pet. In addition both parts are washable which isn't true of the Ancol equivalent. If deciding between these two products and you are intending this for use in a kennel outdoors I would go with the Flectabed,even at the extra cost. If it is for use indoors, just buy a cheap faux-sheepskin blanket/fleece from B&M/Home Bargains - your pet will most likely be warm enough indoors!

This coat is great value for money. A perfect fit and easy to put on. It will definately keep your dog snuggly warm and dry in all weathers.don't hesitate to but as you will not be dissapointed.It is the second time I have bought one of this design and would definately buy it again.

A fantastic coat.I bought this for my Yorkie Toby. The design allows it to easily and quickly be put on. I like how it keeps his chest protecred as well. Its such a perfect fit and very good quality in the make and materials used. I can't fault it all.In fact I bught one of these two yrs ago for a different pet and came back for another...that's how good it is!Don't hesitate to buy it!

We were disappointed with fhe quality of this coat, particularly the cheap thin fleece lining. The fit is ok but not generous and I would advise considering buying a larger size.

Great Toy for my German Shepherd of 18 months. Convenient to hold rope & throw the ball far enough for my dog to fetch.

We ordered the cat kennel for a stray which has been living our back garden, we tried to introduce him into our house but he preferred to be outside so we made him a home made shelter. We felt with the cold & wet weather approaching we needed to find something more appropriate... We came across this cat kennel and after reading the reviews on here we decided to buy this kennel. Delivery was very fast, and my partner put it straight in the garden and within minutes the cat was straight inside it. He loves it. We only see him at feeding time now. We are very happy with our purchase and so is beano the cat :) :)

This is an awesome product! I had been on the look out for an outdoor shelter for my two girls (& the beautiful boy who seems to have adopted us!) for when they're outside & I'm not home to let them in! I was extremely impressed with the Mr Snugs Outdoor Cat Kennel so placed my order via the Internet. I received regular emails confirming my order, receipt of order at the warehouse, confirmation of payment & confirmation that my order had been dispatched. Delivery time was estimated as 2-5 days but it arrived the next day at 0900hrs prompt! Can't ask for better than that :-)) The cats absolutely love the kennel - so much so I have a job trying to entice them out of it to come back inside - even in the rain the kennel stays dry! Would DEFINITELY recommend this to fellow cat owners

Exactly what it says on the description. A well designed firm but comfortable fit that he does want to take off. The detachable undercoat is luxuriously warm and the outer layer robust but flexible enough not to restrict movement.

Great lead for walking large dogs that require a lot of handling. Would recommend. Tough leather but not hard on the hands.

Bit sceptical when purchasing this, but this is amazing for controlling your dog from pulling. Got a 6mth lab whose was just pulling and pulling and taking no notice of my commands. Tried a slip collar but this just ended up choking her as she still resisted this and did what she wanted to do. This head collar is amazing. Within 2 days she was no longer pulling and when she did it required only a gentle pull on my part to make her heel rather than both me and her pulling in opposite directions and her choking. Would highly recommend this and once you've worked out how to put it on (I'm not the best at these things)and adjust it correctly its so simple put on for all walks. It doesn't make the dog look like a dangerous one either as some do with the muzzles. Hope this helps
