Included with the product you include on each order a toy for the dog. This toy is always a soft ball, if the dog gets hold of it he will rapidly rip it to shreds and promptly tries to eat the pieces.. This is dangerous for the dog as it can cause the pieces to get lodged in the digestive track and ould problems for the dog and upset the dog. It is suggested that these toys should replaced with hard toy or edible chewy bones or similar.. Regards M Tasker

Good quality product, but possibly a little bit expensive for what is basically just a block of cardboard. It's worth keeping the scratch pad in the box (just remove the top surface) as this keeps the cardboard scrapings more or less in one place.
