The cheapest price I could find for the product I wanted. I also made a mistake in the ordering process and they sorted it for me straight away with no trouble. Very fast delivery time, I couldn't recommend them highly enough!
Exactly the sort of thing I was after, could be better if included food. Can't suggest any better packaging but when I opened it the cleaner spray was leaking and the ball toy was cracked. (I blame the delivery guy, box was labelled fragile & this way up, he tossed it over my low wall and carried it with arrow pointed left) haven't emailed about damaged items yet
