I can highly reccomend this product to cat owners of those highly wayward moggies who just love the great outdoors.Place kennel in a sheltered spot and line with a warm fleece blanket,when the heavens open, said moggie is warm and dry inside !I am now the proud owner of two Mr Snugs cat kennels, and hopefully two dry and fluffy cats !

I have been using AG Lamb & Rice now for several years with great results. The food is very paletable and digestible which means less cleaning up. The dogs look well on it The primary protein source is from animals not plants, and is 30% lamb meal, all the ingredients are quality. I have been in arden grange breeders club before and have also brought off them at 1/2 tonne orders at a time. Pet express 6 bag deal works out cheaper than the breeders bag and about the same price as the 1/2 tonne deals but without having to have 32 bags lying around your shed !! Absolutely fantastic value and I will continue to shop here and tell my friends about it for as long as they have great deals like this. Order process was simply, and the food arrived 2 days later as they said it would. There was plenty of emails to advise me of updates on the order, and the guy who delivered them even borrowed me his pallet truck so I could take them directly in the shed :-)

Wow - ordered one day and arrived the very next. Excellent service with the product well packed. It's a good quality carrier and although the dog will not accept it we still rate it an excellent buy in terms of value for money and service from Pet Express.
We ordered the cage at 13-00hrs on the 19/5/11 and received it 13-00 hrs the following day. I thought the service was first class. The only fault we had was all the four perspex feeders were broken or cracked which I informed them about and they are replacing them straight away. The cage was easy to erect but the paper backing on the side panels was very difficult to remove. I found the staff very helpful so all in all I would certainly deal with again. Pleased with this item but the instructions to build this item could be a bit more clear by having written instructions as well as the step by step diagram.

I mixed this with some pink gravel and it makes the pink really stand out. Looks really good and not too hard to clean up before use and nice sized bits. A good buy!
First time I've bought a filter so it was exactly what I needed. Easy, simple instructions and fits fantastically in my new tank. Would reccomend!
Delivery was excellent. The cage iteself is definitely giant and the dog loves the cage as it gives he plenty of room to sprawl out. It's good and sturdy and folds down well. The only issue is the weight, it's pretty heavy to move around and get into cars etc and the handle on ours has broken (only a plastic jobby), a plastic tray in the base would probably help with this.
Came within 2 days - fantastic delivery thanks. But unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and its simply too small for my dog so I need a LARGE one - my mistake though and not the companies and am therefore sending the medium one back and requesting a large one instead knowing the delivery will be quick smart again. This is the first time I have bought from the site and found the service great.Found the product on your website much cheaper than on other sites and any shops. Whether or not it works for me only time will tell but see no reason for it not to. One minor quibble was the measuring cup was almost impossible to remove but this is just a design issue of the packaging!
You dealt with my order of two Mr Snugs Outdoor Cat Kennels efficiently and speedily. My daughter is delighted with the kennels and her cats have taken to them right away. Although the kennels won't be outside (they are in the garage) it will give us both peace of mind knowing the cats are warm and dry when she is out at work. Very impressed with your company!!!

Back pack well finished with warm interior fleece. Will fit a medium sized male ferret (nose to tail 18inches long!) but not a larger or wider animal than this. Straps can be well adjusted but due to the pack being made of material it slightly sags when the animal is being carried in it. Webbed straps are fine for short journeys but may not be great for a long walk. Overall - good value for money - an equivalent ferret bag of sturdier material and strapping would cost 2 - 3 times the cost. So for occassional use and shorter walks fine. Due to fabric composition bag will not be water proof so not great if you need to go out in the rain a lot.
Excellent dried food for my 8 year old lab. We have been feeding him Labrador Life for the last 3 years. He is healthy and has a beautiful shiny black coat. Have previously been buying it direct from Pero but Pet Express is cheaper and the delivery service just as efficient.
This item is well worth the money, stopping any spills getting onto the floor
