A great shock-absorbing lead and nice cushioned handle, and the rest of the length doesn't cut into my hands. FYI, it's about 4ft long.
It's comfortable, looks good, and the fact it has multiple ways to attach a lead and has a grab-handle is great. I've had it for a couple of weeks so can't comment on durability but so far great.
