Ordered a few different canagan tins for my cat as she loves the food (plus it’s really good food! Looks like actual meat rather than just mushed stuff). Unfortunately a couple of the flavours were initially out of stock - rather than just being cancelled or left off the order I received a phone call (from KH) asking if I would rather wait for them to be ordered in (delaying my order by a day or two) or would I prefer them to be subbed for a different tin. I was happy for them to be swapped out and whoever was dealing with my order made sure they picked other flavours from what I had ordered already to avoid any allergies/preferences, then I received it the next day! Absolutely fantastic service and would 100% recommend. Thanks from me and Nala (the cat!) - the soups were a big hit too!
