I’ve now ordered quite a few times from Pet Express & due to no fault of theirs, the cat grass packaging had been wrecked in transit & it was everywhere when I opened the package. Super quick email exchange & new one was on its way. The same could be said for faulty cat toy which clearly had some form of electrical glitch as replacement working fine. Really impressed by range & prices! Thanks PE!
