this is one of the few pet supplier with a wide range of very good quality cat food. there was a big delay on one of the products I had ordered, the pet express were good at informing me of the delay and also great at refunding the one product that they were having trouble with the supplier. What would be better is if they had told me what it was upfront. Once I wrote to them, they came back to me really promptly and processed the order

This is the first time I have ordered from The Pet Express . The website was clear and easy to find what I want . The ordering and payment , was clear and easy to process . Delivery did take a week , which is longer than other on line pet supplies but due to covid I have found longer delivery times from other companies online , so I don't consider the length of time an given . I was kept informed when my delivery had been dispatched and when it would arrive . I was not at home when my parcel did arrive but it was left in my porch , which was nice . The mixer was packed well ,using recycled paper which was good . So over all , I had a very positive first experience .
