we started getting symply dog food as our dog had a skin condition which we thought may have been a reaction to her previous food. She absolutely adores it and this time she received a free soft toy which squeaks and adores that too. She brings it to show us but we are not allowed to touch it and if we try she runs away with it and hides. thank you for prompt free delivery

The winter warmer is well made and fits nicely into the cat kennel. The removable cover is easy to keep clean and my cat loves his comfy kennel. A winner!

I purchase the Arden Grange multibuy from Pet express because they always have it in stock and the delivery is extremely quick and most importantly it is a very good price.

I have a wonderful border collie cross with a delicate stomach, the only food he can eat is the Pero organic, which is not that easy to find. However not only did pet express have the product the price was competitive and the delivery first class.. I will use them again

Good quality product, easy to use and keep clean. Still waiting for my cats to work out how to get in and out! Previous tray didn't have a door! Disappointed that I was supplied with a different colour. I particularly liked the green but was supplied with red. Decided not to return however.

Have a Golden Retriever with very bad allergy so far the food really works for him and he loves it.

I now always buy Arden Grange dry dog food since both our dogs developed a skin allergy 12 months ago at the ages of 6yrs and 5yrs. They love their treats and enjoy the Arden Grange chicken bites and salmon bites without any skin problems recurring. I just wish Pet Express stocked the Arden Grange tin food as well as I have to buy it from a different supplier. I really appreciate the fast ordering and delivery service that Pet Express provide it is second to none.

I bought this as a wet weather shelter for our two cats when we were out, as we do not have cat flaps in our home. Also we have a lovely (but un-neutered)Tom cat which we feed daily but can't let in the house as he sprays. So we hoped this would benefit him too with winter on its way. Within 5 minutes of putting the Kennel outside (with the brilliant self heating pet pad installed) the stray cat was in there asleep and looked very, very comfy. The kennel is a great one piece design which looks easy to keep clean and the shelter it offers from the elements is total. Would recomend buying with the self heating pet pad which is washable and a great design as it reflects the animals heat straight back making them very warm. Great buy, really pleased with it and good service from Pet Express. Looks like the stray is hear to stay!!

Very pleased with the Mr Snugs Cat Kennel and mattress. Perfect solution for our cat who likes to be out at night and cannot get in due to no catflap. Ordering process and delivery was also very efficient.

Purchased this for wayward cat who we have just acquired, who won't come in the house. He hasn't been in it yet, but I feel a lot happier knowing that he has a warm and cozy bed if he chooses to use it... which he may do as the weather gets worse.

Really pleased with the outside cat kennel. Sturdy and not too big. My cat loves it. However, be warned ......... the delivery people used by this company delivered my cat kennel at 6am !! In itself that would have been fine, but instead of just leaving it quietly in the porch as I had requested, they nearly brought the house down by knocking LOUDLY at 6am to announce its arrival. My dog went mad at the intrusion so early, woke my neighbours and frightened the life out of me.

The kennel arrived in the time-scale advised, was received in good condition and JT was curious enough to stick his head inside for a look as I unpacked it. It was installed in his sleeping spot in the garden in no time and properly inspected and used later that day.It has kept him dry and comfortable during the recent colder,rainy days and I havn't noticed condensation inside it. I am however going to look for a cat flap for it as next doors cat has decided that he likes the kennel too. Thank you for a product well suited and made for its purpose.

I was a bit disappointed with the delivery time and also the cost for delivery i do feel it was a bit excessive however the product is good, my dogs love it.
