Very quick and well packaged.
These are great. I ordered one small for a Shih Tzu and 2 large for 2 Airedale Terriers. . They arrived earlier than expected, well packaged and worked a treat for the Shih Tzu puppy. My 2 Airedales took a couple days to figure out how they worked! Made a huge difference in the crazy heat we have had this summer and stopped the panting. .They are quite robust as well. Would recommend.

These cooling mats have been a lifesaver for my two dogs in this heat..at first they just looked at them and moved away but their nosiness got the better of them and now they lie on them all the time. It’s certainly cooled them down, great product.
