Very good quick service
Our orders invariably arrive in best time, well wrapped. As we can't get our dog's food locally, it's well worth the extra couple of quid to have it delivered.
He's 6 and is the most annoyingly fussy dog we've ever owned. After trying virtually every different combination of dog food known to man, we eventually tried Piccolo ... and a year later he's still eating without any problem.

Our cat Twinkle loves being outdoors so we ordered the Katden,liner and mat for her . Thought it would take a while for her to try it out but she was curled up asleep that evening !! A big success. Keeps dry and has a good overhang - she loves it!

from the moment the box arrived my cat was alerted to the jingle sound of this toy. his ears and eyes were trained on the box. as soon as I opened the box and rolled the ball to my kitty he was elated and was chasing the ball up and down the living room. it's kitty'so new best toy.
my cat is very clever and manipulative when it comes to his treats. he has the perfect pitch of whine that tugs at your heart strings that makes me give in every time. as a result my kitty was getting rather plump and started to struggle to scale the neighbours fences to chase the birds and other invideos of his domain. however this contraption has put a stop to all that. now kitty needs to work for his treats. I no longer hear his pining for handfulls of his favorite kibble. instead he's diving, jumping, even stalking and ambushing this spinning treat contraption. I'm not longer harassed into giving kitty his treats; instead all his attention is trained on this treat maze, it's the best. I've noticed he's gaining his sleek silhouette so it's a bonus having this around. thank you pet express, you've saved our relationship.

I used to feed my pup Royal Canin but he quickly became bored with it. Since changing to Canagan dog food my 5 month old doberman is thriving, his coat is beautiful and shiny, his growth is great, he is full of energy, we had no tummy trouble with the change of food and he absolutely loves it!! The service from The Pet Express is fab too. Very happy customer!
