Very satisfied with the first class service. Although I did not make a large purchase, I was kept informed all along the way as to what was going on with my order. I was also impressed with the swift turnaround, I ordered it late on the 24 July and this morning 29 July it arrived. Flea is a favourite with our dog, the last one disintegrated after hours of play. This is the first time I have used this company and was very pleased with the prompt service.
Comfy and can be washed to keep it clean. A great item when teamed with the outdoor kennel.
Although too small for the larger cta it fits our medium sized cat a treat. We use this to take them on walks in teh garden as they live in the house and run. One of my cats was killed on the road and so this means they can live safely and still roam around the garden.
This is one of 3 we now have and is a great place for the cats to snuggle down on chilly days. The deep edges and high lip at the base means the entrance is just the right size and the cat is afforded a draught free sleep. This is a fab item when teamed with a piece of vet bed.

What influenced my decision to buy from this site was the promise of 48-hour delivery - and I was not disappointed. I placed the order on 21st July 10:45 & received the item 23rd July 09:00! Youngest Cavalier recently introduced to a harness, this one is for 'on coat' days, life is too short to adjust when the weather changes from walk to walk.

Hi thanks for the prompt delivery of the ferret toilets, I'm just a bit concerned that the colour(pink) may affect the toilet functions of my boys, I can see my girls having no problem with pink! Is it possible to order another toilet in 'Blue' because my boys are reluctant to use the 'Pink' facilities. We understand that they may be colour blind but perhaps a 'Blue' toilet smells more masculine. Thank you Wendy ( Ferret Lady)

I have to say, I am very satisfied with the service this site has given. The site is very well laid out, the cost of the products are excellent, the service is exceptional. I ordered two cages for my rats online, the selection process was easy, the ordering done in moments, the delivery time was the very next day, which to me is exceptional. The postage packaging I liked too, very minimal with bubble wrap only and no large cardboard boxes in need of disposal, Hooray !! A site that I would highly recommend any animal lover in need of purchasing products online.

This stuff rocks!! I've used it for a while now and it's the quickest acting brown patch cover I've ever found! It really does do what it says on the tin and even better than that, I'm not adding anything to my dogs water food or giving them pills! Brilliant :)

This came free with 6 bags of Arden Grange. It is slightly too small for our two male boxer dogs, but would fit fine on a more medium sized dog.
Ordered 6 bags of Arden Grange Lamb and Rice on the Thursday and it was delivered to me the following Tuesday.
