very good product, they are good sized hooves and will make my 4 Shelties very happy, they love chewing these. Highly recommended, I find chewing hooves can be good for their teeth and helps to keep them clean and free of tartar. Delivery and service were also very good items ordered on Sunday and delivered the following Wednesday morning.

with 5 cats this is a cost effective way of feeding them, and they like it. Delivery times are quick, communication is good.
The Nero 4 "Deluxe" was easy to order and received within the delivery timescale, and after our two Guinea pigs cased the new joint they really made themseleves at home, having previously been the owners of the smaller Nero 3... these animals know how to live!!!! Well worth the cost and at the lowest price I could find, only problem was we didn't receive the free gift, however the quick delivery made up for that. Will use The Pet Express again.
This cage is excellent , i have 2 guinea pigs that had out grown their indoor cage , looked everywhere for a 2 tier cage , this was the cheapest on the market , no delivery charge , very easy to put together , guineas love it ..........delivery was within the week of placing my order , very well packaged so nothing was damaged only recieved 1 hay rack , but am using the one from my other cage at the moment , but apart from that no probs.would recommend this to anyone who has indoor guineas or rabbits.
Having looked at various aquatics shops, it seemed that nowhere sold the condensation tray that we were looking for to replace our old one. I checked out the internet and found Pet Express. They stocked just what we wanted and I ordered it. They keep in touch with me via email to let me know that they were proceeding with my purchase and even emailed to let me know that it was being packed! It arrived three days after I ordered it.
