I ordered two of these cages because I wanted them already assembled. They are exactly what I wanted. They are basic but roomy (the rabbits are dwarfs so they are idea) and reasonably well constructed. Mine sat in the delivery store for nearly a month so they needed a little bit of TLC to get them back exactly right again, but this was easy to do. The bunnies are in and enjoying the extra room now, so yipee! They were a brilliant price and without the bad weather, I have no doubt they'd have arrived in good time.

Excellent value and sweet smelling meadow hay, my bunnies love this hay and the pack lasts a long time a long time too.

Perfect.Simple design, that looks unobtrusive by the front door. Purchased for a very timid stray cat, who will now be warm and dry at night, in addition to her regular meals. Hoping she will move into our house soon!! Very quick delivery time aswell.

ordered on the 12th dec got delivered on the 15 dec. the dog has never being so happy gave him one bone to try after he eaten it he sat down looking at the box of bones he even followed me around the house with sad eyes so gave him another one while he was eating the bone i hide the box. I have no problems what so even with the service and will use this company again... top marks
I placed my order last week rather cautiously as Internet shopping so often ends in disappointment. This time, however, I was proved wrong! My chickens' favourite pickstone pots arrived within 4 working days and had been delivered exactly as I had rather complicatedly requested. I now have happy chickens and they have a happy owner... Heavy items delivered to my door at virtually no additional cost to going to the pet wholesalers myself. Each pot is individually packed so I can keep them in the shed without fear of them becoming damp. I never have qualms about advising people to avoid certain shops or companies, and I shall have no qualms about recommending Pet Express. Thank You!
Arden Grange Lamb & Rice is the only dried dog food that my two large mastiffs both enjoy. The 6-bag special offer encouraged me to switch from my regular online retailer... and I'm really glad that I switched! My order, placed only a few days ago, arrived this afternoon with a complimentary free gift. It has to be said that this doggie coat is the best one we have ever bought! and thats saying something as we have 3 elderly dogs aged 13,13,& 15yrs so we have bought many coats over the yrs. This coat is perfect on size for our larger yorkie,the quality is second to none,i would definately recomend this coat.
This item is great,easy to put together ideal to keep my two rabbits in for the winter months indoors, quick delivery with up to date e mails on the status of my order.
An excellent product however they are hard to find. Fortunate to have found a source. Guinea Pigs love them. The cubes are large giving the Guinea Pigs a chance to knaw into them.

The delivery time of the vivarium and matching cabinet was very good. The quality of the items is also very good. The only critisism is that the assembly instructions could be improved. Taking all things into consideration I would say that the shopping experience was excellent and I can recommend the supplier to any future prospective buyer.
the service was good, but i do have one item missing that was not replaced with an alternative, and i was not aware that the vivarium comes flat packed but all the items with the vivarium is all you need to set up your tank ready for your bearded dragon.

this is an excelant product, contains all the nutrition necessary for my Mynah birds. Although the parcle arrived very damaged and a couple of the boxes where badly damaged the inside packets where intact and therefore, ok. the weather caused a delay in the arrival so this was very acceptable. the ordering was easy and i was kept informed all the way as to the time the order had been dispatched. i will definatley use this pet store again.
This is a cage we have checked out before purchasing and it is a good buy, spacious and easy to keep clean. Complete with food clip in unit and clean plastic top area which you can see your animals through.
Item arrived as described for our guinea pigs they seem to love it and enjoy playing with it.
Needless to say, the only time I will really test this item is if it all goes wrong.... but so far - arrived as expected (only one of the 2 ordered, but I'm assured the other has now been dispatched) with good instructions as to which way it should be fitted, and fitted into most of the airlines well. When fitting to a SUPA UGF, though, found the airpipe slightly too large diameter. Have solved this by fitting a valve fitting and using my slightly narrower airline. Here's hoping I don't have to test it's effectiveness!!!
Arrived promptly and fitted top of tank well. I found that the cut aways at the back (for pipes/wires/etc) were of absolutely no use as they were totally over the glass lips where the lid sits - this was easily sorted with a pair of scissors. One suggestion to the manufacturers would be to have a lifter/puller on the feeding flap. As it is, I would need to push it down to feed through, which would mean it goes into the water, and the water then gets and stays on the top of the lid. Not a good thing. All in all not a bad item, will feed by lifting the whole tray though.
The service was excellent (despite adverse weather conditions) and the dogs are thoroughly enjoying their hoof chews. Quality of the items purchased is very good.
Make sure you have space in your cage for it! Our hamster was running up and down the hammoc for two days and then decided to make his nest inside. It has become his favorite place in just 2 days. He likes it so much that has started trying to eat it!
Our hamster loves this toy, he likes to run over it and climb its walls equally looking for food!
