Pet Express always have good deals on Arden Grange, whereas other websites will only have the odd offer, returning to normal RRP the next week. Delivery is great too, usually withint 24/48 hours. No complaints here.

The coat is really good quality,and is a great fit,the fasteners are better as velcro seems to lose it's stickyness after a while,and there's nothing more annoying than having to keep stopping when out for your daily walk and keep refastening a coat. It fits my whippet really well and allows a bit of extra room for doubling her coats up when it is really cold. I cannot fault petexpress for service as this is brilliant,the coat was also well packaged. I will be purchasing from petexpress again in the future. Thanks Again to thepetexpress.
Easy to order, good price, arrived ithin 48 hours and really long use by date on bags. Also, really liked the option to request that feed 'left in porch' as had problems with previous suppliers parcel carier insisting on me being in to sign for it.
Got identical coats for my two dogs from yourself earlier via Amazon. Poor Daisy didn't get hers then as firstly my daughter measured her wrong, then her correct size was out of stock. Now new stock is in and Daisy dog has her coat to match our Chloe and wee Fraggle for when they go for walks together. Daisy (Lab/Collie) stays with us when daughter is at work. She's our granddog. The coats are fantastic. Cosy and waterproof as well as being visible. All three look great and come home warm and dry. Our two are Chloe the Wheagle(Beagle/whippet) and Fraggle (Chinese crested powderpuff). The price is fantastic as they'll still be used in the warmer weather without the fleecy lining. One very happy customer and three very happy dogs. P.S. Customer service was sterling also.
A friend gave us an old cage which we wanted to link to ours as an extension and this was just what we needed to block one of the spare holes. Couldn't find this product on any other website so really pleased to find it.
The kennel is large, 2 small cats who got along could fit in together to shelter from bad weather. My cats don't get along and therefore i purchased 2 kennels. Both cats are using the kennels and they have proved to be waterproof so far. This is a recent purchase so too early to give an opinion as to the durability. The kennel floor is not entirely flat due to a water draining channel, easily sorted with a cat cushion. In bad weather there is much need of extra blankets etc to make warm, as without a catflap of some sort, it is drafty. The kennels are a little lighter than i expected but in a sheltered spot away from the strong coastal winds around here, i am sure they will do the job.
I was really impressed with thr Nero 3 Rabbit Cage. My house rabbit has had a Nero 3 since we but one at Pets at Home when we brought her home three years ago. Lasted really well. I have bought another as time has taken its toll and one of the four corner clips has snapped so you cannot lift the cage by its handles at the roof alls off. I have simply bought like for like as these are harder to find than they were three years ago. Very impressed by speed of product delivery. Sadly on arrival with the courier the box looked like it had been sat on by Susan Boyle as it was destroyed. Not the fault of Pet Express - Just looks like courier damage. Well worth the price. An Excellent Cage.
Ordered the Mr Snugs Outdoor Cat Kennel and it is superb.Original wooden kennel had collapsed so delighted to find this product that is moulded plastic and very robust and will probably last forever!The great design means that there is plenty of room for blankets inside and the entrance is designed to reduce cold winds blowing into the space keeping it nice and cosy.
The natural repellent is a wonderful item and gets 100% rating. The repellent needs to be used on a regular basis in order to be this effective and needs to be sprayed every couple of days to have the desired effect; My cats were dreadful but with the addition of an alternative scratching post they learnt really quickly.
The product was exactly as described and shipped very quickly.

This item not only replaces faulty connectors but comes with 'blanks' to seal off the tunnels - this is actually extremely useful (& probably should be supplied with the cage in the first place!). Good value for money.
We ordered 2 bags of food for our Labradour and Sprocker puppy- both arrived very promptly and at a good price.
