Ordered up two of these Kong toys for our Westies. Ordering straight forward one little problem on delivery day only one arrived. I called the helpline and the operative ( very pleasant, helpful young lady sorted it out). I received the missing item the next day. Order arrived quicker than I expected and the food has turned out to be excellent especially for one of our dogs who has developed a liver and digestive system problem. Had this food suggested and he seems to enjoys it, so do the others if they can! Not had repeat blood tests but hope when they are redone that they will show an improvement. Have already put in a repeat order with this great company.

After much research went for this den for two outdoor cats recently abandoned. One piece durable plastic makes them excellent waterproof dens, and easy to clean. Fleece lining and mattress keeps cats nice and warm. Just about to order self heating mats for them. Both cats took to them straight away. Prompt and professional service from Pet Express. Highly recommended.

Our Puppy loves his rat. He is a Jackapoo and loves to play tug of war and chew it. Unlike some toys that split, or the fur comes off, this Rat is great! Non of the fur comes off and he';s not managed to make any holes or split it. Its superb quality and has a squeak!!
Put this post in our garden in a spot our Puppy can go to the toilet. We have been really pleased with this purchase, We got our Puppy at just 8 weeks old and as soon as we go him home we took him outside to potty train and placed him near the post and he smelt it and went straight away! It works brilliantly as he keep peeing in the same area, near the post!
This came as a free gift with an order. I'd never have bought one as they look like something she wouldn't bother with, but it has quickly become her greeting toy. Happy dog.
