I actually bought the house for a cat that has been visiting my home for weeks without being able to identify owner. I can't let him in as I have adopted a tribe of 7 (mum and kits). Excellent experience from ordering to delivery. The website is easy to navigate, communication about the order was good and I will definitely look at buying from them again. As it happens, in the past, I have been a visitor to the real shop in Plymouth and the service was great there too. The house is large and was well packaged.
