Although item arrived quickly, Parts for top, filter, clipping together and scoop were missing, a quick phone call to PET EXPRESS resulted in a very polite staff member profusely apologising for omission and saying they would get these in post immediately....this they did..all arrived in post next day...thus put together and am very pleased with this purchase.. Lucky my cat thinks it is amazing, he simply loves it.
We bought this to go in an outdoor cat kennel for our little adopted stray. It's very effective and his kennel is always warm and cosy. It makes a slight rustling sound when you touch it but our cat doesn't seem bothered. Ideal for outdoor or indoor use, plus washable cover which is useful. It's slightly too big for the cat kennel but we just fold over one end so no bother. I think the dog would like a large version for himself.......
We bought this for our little adopted stray who lives mostly outdoors. He took about 24 hours to get used to it but once he got the idea we couldn't get him out of it! He's shaded from the sun, rain can't get in and despite being open at the front it's very cosy inside. We also have the self heating pet pad in there for him which seems very effective. We sit the kennel up on a garden chair and have it facing the house on the patio so we can keep an eye on him.
The product was just what I wanted the service was quick and efficient. The only problem which you have no control over I know was the delivery driver was a little impatient and bordering on rude.

Bought the mattress and liner to fit the Mr Snugs Kennel it's a pretty decent fit in the kennel but you really need to put a blanket or something on mattress due to it's light colour it gets dirty quickly it can be washed but it takes a while to dry it, DO NOT use a tumble dryer it will shrink the mattress and leave it with saggy bit in the middle, trust me I speak from experience overall it's a good buy but could not give it a 5 star rating
Bought these 2 items a few years ago, did not leave a review as wanted to try it out first. It's a very good shelter and as advertised is waterproof, but has it's flaws. The main problem that I encountered was condensation which in turn made the heat pad wet and smelling musty. Checked the drain holes at rear and were clear also raised the kennel up off the floor and still the same I even drilled a few small holes under the overhang at the top of the kennel but still remained the same. After quite a few months of messing around with different ideas I finally hit on a solution. I cut strips of 3mm marine ply the width of the kennel that would fit through the opening so they fitted across the width creating a slightly raised floor that rested on the raised lumps on the floor of the kennel you have to wangle them in a bit but it does work. I then drilled more holes in the bottom of the kennel the same as the drain holes that are already there. Now cat has a totally dry bed no condensation issues perfect. The only other thing I would like to see is a different colour heat pad, like brown or blue as the white one gets and looks very dirty quickly, other than that it's a very good shelter but I only gave it 4 stars due to the condensation issues.

I purchased this for my OES who tends to pull at start of a walk. I previously used the Halti which worked but it looked like it was twisting his kneck and people would comment when I was out walking. I looked into all and this collar was rated the best. I waited for my parcel, it came in 5 days. I put this collar on with excitement thinking would solve issues but was a bit disappointed to be honest. It is a bit difficult to put on at first and the clips just didn't hold and pulled open. I am continuing to use but it doesn't seem to be making a difference but it looks less traumatic to the dog.
First buy from this company and delivery was good. An expensive dog food but so good and the best deal for it with the special price discount from Pet Express. Our German Shepherd loves it and it has improved his coat and skin beyond recognition. What comes out the other end is good too... Thankyou PERO. !!
The bed was bought for 2 Hungarian Vizslas who love it! Plenty of room for them both with a deep and comfy base. The bed itself looks smart in my kitchen.
I purchased this for my older cat and within two days my son-in-law had ordered one for their girl. Safe to say we are very pleased as are our girls.

Our two Westies have been given thee treats because other types caused allergies. These are fantastic and the dogs love them.
Always use Arden Grange for our two Westies. Tinned, Kibble and Treats. Previous food had given them allergy's but this food is perfect for them.
Good balanced dry food although I do add raw meat in order for my puppy to eat all of it.
What service, I ordered the KatDen at 3pm - after the 12.30 cut off slot for delivery - but this was still delivered the next day, Brilliant! The KatDen is everything it said it would be - just need to get my cat to venture inside it as he is a little timid to say the least! Cannot fault the construction or design.
