Excellent product which I could not source in any local pet shop. They only keep the coloured plastic versions which are not suitable for my Syrian hamster. Hamster loves it!!

This is my first order, having seen Magloc demonstrated on Dragon's Den. It's a brilliant concept and works really well. Not being a dog owner, I bought two for my daughter who has three dogs. My son has one as well - so I will probably be buying more. I cannot fault the service and prompt delivery. Full marks.

We have 2 cats of our own and 2 strays who are not allowed indoors. The Mr Snugs is perfect and I am about to order the second one as it is only big enough for one cat.

I bought two of these to go in my outside pen. I foster cats for a charity and these are ideal for the cats that like to be outside rather than in the shelter.

Purchased 2 of these (1 pink, 1 blue) They are quite fiddly to build, especially the door but seem fairly sturdy and look good.the top is excellent for getting reluctant cats in and out.

Not the first time I have used Pet Express and am still very happy with their really prompt service and competitive price. My dog loves this Pero food. She has it twice a day (soaked) for her meals and also dry as treats. Can't fault the delivery either.

Slight delay with delivery but was kept informed by email and text with progress reports so not an issue. Product is excellent quality - everything it says on the tin (or cat kennel in this case). Our cat Molly loves it and seems very proud of her new external des res!

Very pleased with the KatDen, it is a nice size and very easy to clean. A great idea for a cat that is not so keen coming indoors during the winter months. Would also recommend purchasing the self heating pad alongside.

This was delivered really quickly and in accordance with instructions left. It fits perfectly into the cat den. I would recommend buying a spare one so you can wash it without stressing about it drying out properly as it's very thick so takes a while to dry. I use it for a stray cat that has been hanging round my garden and within a minute of me putting it in he was in there snuggled up.

I am pleased with my cat houses and the cats seem to like them to.

I can't believe how quickly this item was delivered. Ordered in the afternoon and arrived the very next morning!! The kennel is just the job and my cat LOVES it, he's hardly out of it!!

This harness looks much better than in the photo - suits my fawn Frenchie beautifully! Good quality, strong product and easily adjustable for a good fit so I feel my rapidly growing puppy is secure when we're out walking. The Cat Mate Microchip cat flap is excellent, was worried it might not pick up microchip on our cat, but it does and after a bit of hesitency getting him to go through it, he loves it. Would definitely recommend this cat flat which came very promptly, with lots of emails to let us know the progress of the order. Would definitely use Pet Express again. Excellent goods and excellent service.

The Barley Straw that I acquired from Pet Express is of excellent quality and helps create a good balance of the water in my pond.

Great price for a collar and lead for puppy training. Customer service was really good as wrong colour sent originally, but error sorted immediately when contacted.
