Bigger and better than I expected, well designed and good value for money. Mainly bought for my own peace of mind for those nights when the cats won't come back in, I know they have somewhere safe and dry to sleep in.

These cardboard carriers are well made and ideal for transporting small animals. They arrived very well packaged and the service was excellent.

I've recently adopted another pup from Cyprus and needed a warm, sturdy coat for him, especially as it will be his first winter in UK. My other two Fellas already have their own 'Biggles' jackets so I was anxious to buy one for the new guy. PetExpress is a great online shop, easy to order, accepts PayPal and always a swift delivery. Very pleased with quality and appearance of the dog jacket.

I bought this kennel for my cat who decided to move to the crab pot mens workshop but had to stay out at night, we have put it under her feeding table and it stays nice and dry and with a layer of straw under the heat mat she comes out of there on a morning really toasty, it took her one night to go in, really sturdy and highly recommended :)

I have bought this item before, it is a good collar at a great price. My dog is black, so the red tartan looks great. I would recommend this item.

I ordered this basket for my cocker spaniel, she is small, but the basket is a perfect size. It fits neatly in my dining kitchen and it's cosy and warm for my dog. It is well made and the cover over the edges of the basket is ideal, although my dog does not chew, it would be good for a pet with that tendency. The price was very good , I bought it at a reduced price, but it was competitive, as other baskets of that size were quite expensive. I would recommend this basket.

Excellent product and service

A practical, hygienic safe area for your cat to take shelter or sleep in. We bought it for a rescue cat that we are looking after but don't WA to to come in the house!! This cat kennel even protects the entrance from wind or rain. The warmer inside is a super idea- no fuss or messi g.

Very pleased with the product overall. One or two loose ends of cotton marred the overall look but hopefully stitching will hold when I come to wash it. My cat loves it - can't get her indoors at night - stays outside most of the day. I would recommend putting a protective cover over the mattress to protect it as it would not be so easy to dry during winter months.

Coat was too big although had measured my dog as instructed. Rang to explain this and had best customer service ever Offered to measure other coats in case mine was a one off mistake then offered to refund money and try to get a smaller coat (which they do not stock). I decided to give the coat to a charity for Eastern European dogs and let them try to get me a smaller coat

I always order off this site as the prices are very competitive and as a bonus you always get a free toy!

I've been looking for another of these since acquiring a new guinea pig recently. The price was far cheaper than any other retailer, and I could collect from a local store. Slight hiccup with delivery to store, but Pet Express staff handled it brilliantly and were very apologetic. I would definitely use this site again.

The Mr Snugs Cat Kennel is an excellent product, very sturdy with an pep hole / veranda so our cat can peek out ;0)

Saw this on Dragon's Den. Excellent for people with arthritis. Just clicks together and can be done with one hand. Arrived in two days. Impressed with service.
