Very impressed with the speed of service from confirmation of order to delivery. The company certainly lives up to it's name. The item itself matches the on-line description very well. Our 'pet' feral cat can't believe her luck! Only slight concern is that the den is quite light in weight and may get blown about in windy weather. Time will tell!

The Heated Pet Pad is perfect for my needs with three brand new puppies in our home. It gives just the right amount of heat to allow the puppies to maintain their temperature and yet it is not too hot for their mother. Pet Express gave a very personal service and delivered the item the very next day. I highly recommend this business.
Fast delivery, great price and great product - bought 2 for 2 Chihuahuas who inhale a feed in 20 seconds! Using the slow feeder they took 5mins 17secs, although a lot of dry food around the floor from one of them. Practise will sort that out!

Delighted to find these on Pet Express website. They are refills for a Nylabone chew that is brilliant for puppies. These little biscuit bones are inserted into a blue Nylabone chew. There are four little holes which you then fill with water and put it in the freezer. This is a great idea for teething puppies. My wee cocker loves them. I couldn't find the refills anywhere but Pet Express came to my rescue and the price was reasonable too so I bought two packs. I'll buy these again from here!

Ordered this brilliant coat for my 9 year old yorkiepoo In purple and she looks georgeous. Already have same coat in blue which she has had for five years and it is still going strong. Very warm with thermal detachable lining. Very snug. Would highly recommend.
Had the same bowl in red for my other cat and now our kitten has grown up I decided to purchase the same bowl for her in a different colour. They are hard wearing bowls and the cats like to rest their feet on the fishes tail to drink water. Holds enough dried cat food and water for 1 day.Cats love it and so do we.

Despite saying it would be dispatched within 2 days this took over two weeks to arrive (which is was frustrating to say the least) and I had to email to chase it. I did get an apology and some freebies which was appreciated but i had to feed my dog other food in the meantime.
I ordered this last week so it is a little early to comment on its durability. I will comment only on the what I know so far. Ordering was easy and the KatDen was delivered the following day by a company using a tracking device. I purchased the KatDen to replace a wooden shelter that had rotted over the years. The replacement appears to be more durable and I would expect it to last for a reasonable period of time. I ordered the green version so it would blend into the garden which it does. It is quite heavy and there are no joins to allow water seepage. The overhang of the roof should provide additonal shelter from rain getting inside the KatDen. My cats have not been inside it yet but they have checked it over from the outside. All in all I am pleased with the purchase.

This was my first order with Pet Express. To be honest I ordered from them as they had Aatu dry dog food at the cheapest price that I could find. The service was good and our dog loved the free toy (which is still, after several days in one piece - not always the case with a 2 year old Golden Retriever)!

Excellent product, took a chance as these as they looked expensive, bought 3 of these as our Lab (Lola) ripped, chewed, destroyed all of the other beds, including towels, rugs & the other expensive pet beds, these have been great & easy to clean, they love them x 3 happy dogs
If you have any doubts that this would be another item consigned to that useless drawer we all.... Then doubt no more!! It actually works, our new pup is given this at night so she associates this with night time sleep. Night one, cried twice for 5 mins, night two.... No crying!! Only down side is the re usable heat source is your own store cupboard rice! Just get one, you will not be disappointed.
