The lead recoils more easily than the band type and the lock button is easy to operate. My husband has large hands and he finds there is enough room for him to grip the handle. I purchased the medium pink and medium blue leads.

Very pleased with this overall. Really good design, good size, made of strong material that should be durable. We had a very similar one a few years ago, it is kept outdoors and it is still in very good condition. Have not found many similar items from other retailers.

Excellent product my staffy loves it since she has been on this for 4 weeks her coat is so shiny and very soft,her no2's are easier to clean up and less frequent and she has more muscle tone now highly recommend.
This is my third rock lead, the first got chewed by puppy, the second sheered off but they're so good i have ordered another. It is like having your dog on a bungee at first but you soon adapt to using it. It takes a lot of the shock out of a sudden jerk or pull which is you've a bad back is ideal. It also has a handle near the base which is excellent for close control, road crossing etc. Delivery was pretty prompt and service good when I rang with a query.
We have a stray cat that we feed every day, but he has recently taken to sleeping outside in the corner by our kitchen door - possibly because he can no longer get into the farm barn opposite our house. Anyway, we ordered a Kat Den for him; it arrived promptly; and is solid, and well-constructed and designed. We placed it outside our kitchen door and he took to it straight away. He now has a cosy little shelter and seems very content. We're very happy with the product so far.
I put together the puppy calming toy in preparation for bringing my puppy home on Friday and found it very easy to set up and hopefully it will make Katy's first few days in her new home much easier.
