Overall service from the company was fantastic! Winston my 5 month old black Labrador can't get enough of the food! He was on a raw meat diet to start then switched him to Canagan from The Pet Express, I would not go back now
I have fed my Labrador this food from 15 months he is now 10, having had a lab before who suffered with joint problems I was determined to ensure this lab had help with his joints it has all the right oils in to help. They have just changed the formula to make it 30% less fat , but cheekily the company that produces it have also decreased the size used to be 15 kilo now 12 kilo! And the price has gone up. Very good price on this website if you purchase two bags free delivery. My only annoyance was I ordered the food expecting it to be delivered within few days as my normal supplier but took a week even though my payment had been taken. Consequence of this I ran out the day before and had to get another brand of food.
The product was simple to order arrived when I was told it would & the product arrived in good condition as poppie & trixie my two jack Russell cosses will attest to
Very pleased with this soft but strong well made lead. Easy on the hands and stuffs nicely in my pocket when not in use.
The shelter arrived extremely quickly. It is a great product. It is sturdy and has a protective porch area to keep the elements from the doorway. We bought the internal liner which is great and it all looks so comfortable. We bought the shelter for a couple of stray cats that are coming to visit us regularly for food but unfortunately they have not ventured into it yet. Thats cats for you! We will persevere and it would make such a great home for them when the weather is not so good - watch this space!

This is a lovely coat. The small size fits my mini daschund perfectly. It is easy to put on and very well made and looks really smart.
These are one of our liitle dogs favourite treats which are not easy to come by in the region we live so glad that we found them here excellent service and delivery and one very happy little dog
I was going to make a cat kennel, like I had for our old cat, never realised that you could get them ready made. really happy with the service and product, just need to get our cat to use it.
Bought as an addition to the cat den and mattress as the cat now cries to go out and snuggle in it out of choice! Another fab product, he's now super cosy and excellent customer service all round.
Very impressed with these products and the super efficient service from Pet Express, so much so, two weeks later I bought the igloo liner and another mattress. All were delivered next day and are superb quality. Most importantly, we have a warm and dry hideaway for Toby, who as he is getting on a little, has become less keen to jump through the cat flap when we are out.

I bought this for a cat I inherited after the owner died, she wasn't very friendly, but after some enticement she now comes in to feed. She will not stay in though after rigging up something for shelter, she spends most of her time in my garden so I thought it would be nice for her to have something more permanent. She is just getting used to it. It's great.

Beautiful collar, very easy to clean after a day splashing around in puddles it just wiped away and came up again like new. Very soft and cushioned for comfort aswell. Ordered the wrong size to begin with but emma was very helpful in getting it returned, refunded and the right size sent out. will use again :-D

Ordered item at 2.30pm in the afternoon and was delivered next day at 11am. Very impressed - especially as free delivery. Very pleased with the item. Got it for stray cat who lives with us in the day, but wants to go out at night, so at least he has somewhere to shelter.
Due to heart and other health issues when my 10 year old boxer showed signs of possible cruciate problems we decided to go along the supplements + support treatment rather than putting her through investigations when she is not going to have any surgery. She is very small for a boxer so I measured her up and the "small" size was right for her It does fit around the knee, but is slightly baggy at the top - so I would say better to go for the smallest size you can for your dog. What was a slight problem was that although her body is small she has boxer sized feet!!! This means we do have to wrestle to get her foot through the bottom of the support. I have seen some which have an adjustment on that part. With the support on she is able to potter around in the field with the other dogs and even have a little run without lots of weakness in the leg afterwards.
These are by far my cats favourite treats. Yes, they are more expensive than normal biscuit type treats but are far superior. They are made from 100% chicken so I don't know what the secret ingredient is to make the cats love them so much. The service from Pet Express was also one of the best I've experienced in some time.
My 2 labs have been on this food for a long time & love it they've done very well & have lovely shiny coats. The delivery is great very quick
