My dogs are so keen to eat this food compared with the dry food we usually use. Found the perfect dog food.
Bought this so that when my Chico is allowed out in the near future he will have somewhere dry and warm to shelter if I am unable to get him back in when I go out! This Mr Snugs Katden seems ideal. It is not cheap but seems well made and designed. It is moulded all in one piece so there are no joints to collect dirt and bugs and will be easily cleaned. If I ever get him to go in it (except to retrieve treats!) I am sure he will be safe warm and dry.
This product looks nice and seems well made but won't fit on any of our (bog standard) radiators. This is really disappointing as it suggests it fits most radiators and ours are nothing unusual, but the hooks are really big and don't fit between the radiator and the wall. I now have to return at my own expense
Fell in love with this coat for our new pug pup as soon as I saw it. In my haste to order new coats for all three of our pugs I added it to the basket straight away. However, upon arrival and trying it on, I discovered that there is no space at all for any lead to be attached through, at collar height or harness height. Pugs can't wear collars anyway as their necks are bigger than their heads and they just fall off, so collar height would have been no good, but none at all! My own fault for not thoroughly checking the details before ordering but it should have been made clear in the advert. It's a shame because the quality of design and fabric is fantastic and she looks absolutely adorable in it, but it would look ridiculous putting a harness over the top so we can't use it and therefore a complete waste of money.
Ordered 2 of these for my older pugs based on the design as because of the pug shape I struggle to get anything that fits properly around the tummy but also around the neck. Absolutely loved the quality when they came and they fit brilliantly. However, as pugs can't wear collars due to their necks being bigger than their heads (they just fall off) our girls wear harnesses rather than a collar when we go out. The space for lead attachment is at collar height and so not suitable for any dog that wears a harness. I should have checked the details properly before ordering but still really disappointed as the coats themselves are beautiful.
I have used this dog food before and my springer spaniels like it. This order was meant to come with a free dog blanket which never arrived?
I think the deal is great to get all the bits you need but the vivarium itself is a bit unpractical. The front of the viv (once built) is slightly insecure, the 2 boards holding the glass doors move around and are very insecure. There are no way you can get more than 2 wires into the viv, I had to saw some corners off just so I could fit everything in! So the viv was slightly disappointing but everything else included has been great
This is my third rock lead, the first got chewed by puppy, the second sheered off but they're so good i have ordered another. It is like having your dog on a bungee at first but you soon adapt to using it. It takes a lot of the shock out of a sudden jerk or pull which is you've a bad back is ideal. It also has a handle near the base which is excellent for close control, road crossing etc. Delivery was pretty prompt and service good when I rang with a query.
These bowls are lovely. I was pleasantly surprised with the size, would recommend. One little moan, I'd have liked to choose my own colour!
Was recommended this food for its 5* rating and I can't complain smells lovely and my fussy tebettian terrier ate it all but then reverted back to being fussy waiting for something nice mixed with it. Delivery from pet express did take longer than I expected so make sure you don't leave till last minute ordering. I also followed instructions of delivery leaving signed form for proof of delivery but they didn't bother with it just left food on door step when I left instructions to put behind side gate where signature could be found.
Expected the large quantities to be delivered in buckets as displayed on web site - came in polythene bags - not convenient as spills everywhere
Bought a cat kennel / shelter for when my cat is outside in case it rains as we do not have a cat flap. On initial inspection it was ok and our cat went straight inside it. However it is supposed to be a sealed unit and after a days rain we noticed his blanket inside was wet. There was a small hole in the bottom which we have now sealed ourselves. Shelter is good but check carefully that there are no holes in it like ours.
love that wee jacket but, despite measuring my dog, i can't close it at the front. as pet express doesn't offer free returns i will have this altered myself. overall great quality product !
The product is okay but I think the reduction in bag size ie from 15 kg to 12 kg at the same price is unacceptable. I have also noted the size of the pellets has reduced thus incressing the amount of food given if using a scoop. I shall have no alternative but to look for a replacement before my next purchase. Did manufacturers think customers would not notice!!
We purchased an Orbital 'silent' exercise wheel, sadly this is not silent. It is advertised as suitable for rats, we have Degus,also known as 'hairy tailed rats' the 3 of them are very active, the old exercise wheel was noisy, so we opted to buy this one, which also is not silent as advertised.
After only 30 minutes my golden retrievers had bit a knuckle end off, the bone then started breaking off in sharp splinters. Took them off the dogs, these bones are potentially very dangerous and shouldn't be given to dogs, you could end up with a very sick dog and a hefty vet bill.

Expensive but slightly better value by buying two. My dog likes it and looks to be doing well on it.
