we got this item as our friend has it and its really great. easy to put on (even the mother in law can manage without her glasses) and its adjustable so goes easily over her coat when we make it bigger. Also good for the car too and better than pulling on her neck all the time

Maybe because this was 'natural' and not the coloured stuff but had little stick like bits in it and was harder than usual.

I found this Katden whilst brousing on Google. Having not dealt with Pet Express before, must say all went well with my purchase. Arrived on time in good order. The product is exactly as described, I chose to fit a piece of carpet square as the one you could purchase with the order would soon get filthy once our cat had been gardening it could soon be replacing and there is no where I saw on the web site to order them separately. Would "deffo" recommend this company.
