The lead was exactly as described and arrived on time. I wanted a thick rope for my lurcher, to protect her throat, but also because I think it safer than her many clip leads - very difficult for any unwanted person to take off easily.

I was advised to use a slip lead for my Labrador, who pulled and pulled when using collar and lead, harness etc. The slip lead, when also placed around his muzzle, has transformed his behaviour, and he walks alongside like a lamb. I couldn't believe it. The rope itself is soft, and the product is well made.
